Question:	Where do you get the cleaning tablets
Answer:	This product is a pre-wash solution. Use about a teaspoon of solution in a bowl of hot water, then pour the solution into the hose from the bowl. Let it sit 5 minutes, then rinse with hot water. Hose is now ready for regular wash. I use ivory liquid dish soap for 2 or 3 passes, and finish with several passes of hot water for the final rinse. To dry your hose after cleaning, hang it over the back of a door and let it dry out for 5 hours. Shake it several times during the 5 hours to help the water move out. If still damp when it's bedtime, let your cpap machine finish it up. But 5 hours should dry your hose. (I use ivory dish liquid my choice, as it works well for me for the last nine years). By the way, you need to do this once a week at the minimum. The solution seems to make things even cleaner. I plan to use it on a regular basis. Its good to wash away that odor from new cpap equipment as well.

Answer:	Folks might be a little busy right now. When I purchased the UV-C Light UV Cleaner Bag there was quite a bit of info. Because UV-C rays only travel in a straight line, if put them together, they may be blocked due to overlapping and cannot achieve a good disinfection effect. The recommended method of use is to sterilize separately, and open the object, sterilize it once for outside, once for inside. If can open the object completely and let the UVC light shine on its surface, then 5 minutes once is enough.

Answer:	Hello! Detach the tubing, and spray into the tubing about 15 times to get it really wet. Hold the tubing at each end, forming a "U" shape-- a pool of CleanSmart liquid should have accumulated a the bottom of the "U." Rock this back and forth, to ge the liquid to touch all of the tubing (at least 60 seconds) Then, dump the excess liquid out, and hang the tubing over the shower rod to air dry. Thank you!

Cartridge Filter Kit Replacement Kit for CPAP Cleaner and Sanitizer Machine

Warm Tips:

1. This cartridge filter kit is a generic product. It is compatible with all CPAP cleaner and sanitizer with S-C1200 serial numbers.

2. Your new check valve with the arrows goes towards your cpap machine. If it is installed facing the wrong direction, It will not capture any water and your machine will not work.

3. How do I know if my check valve is working? You can put your hand next to the end of check valve which connect with your CPAP machine. Your hand can feel the airflow from your machine, indicating your check valve is working.

4. You may see some black particles on the filter or on your hands; this is normal form and can be wiped off.

5. It is recommended that the filter and check valve are replaced every 6 month. But it is really depends on how many minutes per day you actually have your machine running. I suggest you leave it at default running time.

6. After changing the filter and check valve, please reset the machine to let it know that you have change the filter and let it restart the process of the timer.

How to reset the machine?

How to clean your CPAP Tubing

Use a mild detergent and warm water.

Rinse thoroughly with cool water

Keep the tube as straight as possible and gently work the brush in a back and forth motion, in short strokes, gradually working further inside the tube.



Avoid aggressive use when cleaning. The fan tipped brush will reduce stress to tubing walls. However, it is recommended the CPAP tube be kept straight as possible during cleanings to avoid unnecessary wear or damage.



When done cleaning, thoroughly rinse tube with a stream of cool water, Gently pat the bristles until dry to the touch and hang somewhere where there is air circulation. Carefully loosen and straighten tube brush, maintaining a hold on both ends. Once unwound, we suggest finding somewhere to hang the brush.

Answer:	6' fits, but you need to curl the hose-and only the long hose-in the water. I also make sure the hose is completely submersed in the water with no air left in the hose. I clean the other parts separately. Therefore, I wash the 6' hose in one water bath, the 2' hose, mask and half of the water reservoir in another bath, and the other half of the water reservoir in a third bath. I allow about 3 hours to completely clean my CPAP equipment. Most of the time is waiting. I do not attend the machine while it is cleaning the pieces. I spend maybe 20 minutes total in changing the bath water, preparing & rinsing the cleaned pieces, and finally rinsing the machine afterwards.

Question:	Can I use this to clean my cpap mask and tubing
Answer:	This model is way too small for c-pap applications. The suitable models are iSonic P4821-CPAP (also too tight for 6'-long hose), P4831-CPAP (good for 6'-long hose), P4862-CPAP (good for a 6'-long hose and a mask). They have weight bracket to hold down the hose from floating and a box of cleaning tablet to kill bacteria and to remove odors. The first two models are currently not totally cleared by Amazon yet.
Question:	For Seller: What is the power of each of the 2 transducers
Answer:	35W each but the output power is lower at around 55W combined as the two transducers are looped together.
Question:	Will this work for makeup brushes
Answer:	Yes but you're better off going with a more powerful unit as cleaning makeup brushes is pretty demanding. CDS300 uses 2 wafer transducers so it's not that powerful. iSonic model DS310 has the same size but it's equipped with a stack transducer which is much more powerful than wafer transducers even two wafer transducers hooked up together. It has a 250ml stainless steel beaker which can be used to clean makeup brushes. DS310-C also has an integrated makeup brush holder. iSonic model DS400B uses a 500ml glass beaker that can be used to clean makeup brushes as well. Cleaning inside a beaker makes it easier to clean up afterwards.
