I use it once or twice a week, before I got to bed. Maybe I wasn't persistent enough with eyebrows. I know women who had great results.

Answer:	Yes, you can, and probably should, use it to make soap. As another person mentioned, use a soap calculator to create your recipe (in case you didn't know!). However, let me add that I use it as 5-8% of whatever recipe I make. Castor oil helps in stabilizing the suds of your final soap. From what I've read, unless you're adding it at the end of a hot cooking process, the qualities of the oil won't survive saponification, except for the ability to make great lather. For what it's worth, this is the BEST price I've seen for it. I just paid $5 for 2 little jars totaling less than 4 oz by weight. That was at my local Walmart.

I like the GPS watches, nonetheless most of the models that I know use a rechargable battery, that is not user replaceble. This means that it will have a life spam of 4 ~ 5 years, depending on use. After that you will require to replace a very expensive battery sending it to the factory. That´s the main reason why I prefer the Elementum. I can get the battery replacement for less than $ 20.00.
