Answer:	There's really no one checking if it is indeed 100% food grade silicone. Manufacturers and Sellers on Amazon can put anything in the description. There are tons of these blocks being sold, under a variety of no-name brands all manufactured in China. No regulation or certifications to prove it's "PVC free" or "food grade" silicone. Answer:	They are similar in many ways-- cutting depth at 90 deg and 45 deg within 1/16", same blade comes with them. The 5104 is 2100W output with 14A vs. the HS0600's 1900W with 15A. The blade rpm for the 5104 is 3700rpm vs. the HS0600's 4300. The biggest difference is weight - the 5104 is about 1/3 heavier, 20.3 pouns vs. the HS0600's 15.2 pounds. The HS0600 has a magesium body vs. the 5104's aluminum version, but that does not explain 5 pounds worth of weight difference. The overall dimensions are about the same, so that infers that there is also more of a motor difference than the speed / amperage might indicate - perhaps higher torque in the 5104, but that spec is not listed anywhere that I could find. But the huge weight difference is probably the most important factor if there will be lots of moving around; most things being close or equal means that lighter is better. I have used the 5104 to cut through 3/12" walnut slabs at the dense burl region without any difficulty at all, it's more than uo to meeting its rated cutting depth. Adjustments are easy and remain solid. The quality is as good as most of the much higher- priced German products, even if the finished appearance is not so Porsche- like. 5104 vs HS0600 is a close call, can't go wrong either way.

Answer:	The ONLY size bags that fit this exactly are by Simple Human #P or Think Crucial, both for 16 U.S. Gal., 50-60L. The Tall Kitchen trash bags at the stores are TOO SHORT and the 30 gal black are too big/wide (for outdoor cans). Basically, this is the best trash can ever, but you're stuck with buying online.

Answer:	There's multiple different Umbra kinds of trash cans advertised on Amazon. Looks like you were looking at the Umbra Vento open 16.5 gallon trash can, but for some strange reason several of the reviews are talking about & showing pics of the Umbra Venti swing top 16.5 gallon trash instead. I bought the Umbra Venti swing top in the color black/nickel, that's why I know the difference. It depends on your preference if you like an open top trash can then get the Umbra Vento instead of the Venti swing top, that's the only difference between the two. I really like the swing top more. Hope this helps you!
