Answer:	No...it’s like a translucent color. It’s not even close to the track that comes with it. It’s pretty awesome looking! I would love to complete a 40 x 60 with the lot track in the lot track. If you have kids, they will be amazed when the train hits that piece of the track. Hopefully this helps.

Answer:	Hair shed is normal. On average you lose 100 hair strands daily, if you do not brush daily you could have build up of damaged hair. If it is an abnormal amount of hair lost from your first use it could be reasonable to stop using this tool.

Answer:	I use it with both shampoo and conditioner. And be gentle with your scalp, you don’t need to be vigorous, and its easier to use with conditioner. If you have serious scalp issues you should always be gentle when shampooing and conditioning. You don’t want to irritate your scalp more. I use a gentle dandruff shampoo once a week. I leave the shampoo on my scalp for several minutes while I shower to let it work into the scalp. Be sure to rinse your scalp thoroughly. Keep your brush clean and if it is badly worn replace it. This has worked for me.
Question:	Does this machine have the ability to shut off the beater bar in order to vac hard surface floors

Answer:	I use the scalp massager while I'm shampooing my hair. I make medium firm circles on my scalp which makes my scalp feel invigorated. It helps to experiment. You should find which method works for you. Good luck!

Answer:	This unit takes the Sanitaire type SA paper bags. They come 5 to a pack and our part number 68440. I do not have any in stock at the moment but I can order them and they will be 15.45 per package

Answer:	Yes it can! We purchased the matching zip bag to replace the reusable bag ..then put in the disposable bag. My review says what we used. Just don’t forget to put the band securely over the disposable bag and the vacuum hole. It’s easy to switch as this vacuum needs to be put together so you can easily put the zip bag instead of the one that comes with it. You have to buy separately, buts it’s not expensive.
