Answer:	I painted my floor shortly after I built my building so all of my cleaning/scrubbing was on paint! It did take any of the paint off! But before I painted I put down acid to hold the primer and primer to hold the paint! I had “0” paint come off so just check to see the quality of the paint job you have! Also you can make the prolux as gentle or aggressive as you want! Just takes a few minutes to get to know the machine! Good luck!

Question:	Is this good for cleaning the grout on tile floors
Answer:	Yes, I used the Oreck Commercial 237047 Crimped Polypropylene Scrub Orbiter Brush, 12" Diameter, 0.028" Bristle Diameter, Orange and found my grout to look brighter (it is a medium grey) and I did use Mr Clean as the cleaning agent .
Question:	The ad says "cleaning pads not included" but it doesn't say what is included with the product or show what attachments are available. Where are they
Answer:	Only came with the driving pad which you place the other pads you have to order onto it for the final use. I have not used mine yet to refinish my kitchen hardwood floor. I ordered a red pad, white pad, wool pad and carpet pad. That ran up the bill another $50 with the shipping!

Answer:	Never used as a sander. Use it all the time on tile (brush), laminate floors and hardwood floors (cleaning, polishing & buffing). Also works great on carpet (dry cleaning). Yes I would buy one again.

Question:	Will this remove paint
Answer:	I would say it is not safe. It is very abrasive and will take the finish off and tear up the chips. I would suggest using a nylon brush on the scrubber to clean the finish. We use Krud Kutter and it cleans nicely. Then seal afterwards.
Question:	I have a 1200 rpm machine & need to strip 2 coats of concrete sealer from floors. Will this 7300 pad work or can you recommend a different 3M pad
Answer:	im not sure what "top caste concrete paste" is. 30 grit is our most agressive. if your trying to "grind" your better off with a metal bond diamond. these pads do best prepping smooth finished concrete not broom

Answer:	it depends on the surface you are running them on. a rougher surface will consume the pad quicker. generally 1000 sqft for our 30 grit for prep....4k sqft for higher grits. the pads have diamonds throughout the entire pad
Question:	Is this good to use on terazzo that was covered by carpet and tile in some places and is very dirty? Mainly concerned that it may harm the floor
Answer:	No, I don't think that it will. I have an airline one and it's MUCH smaller.

Answer:	I had a sales rep say it equal 125 grit dry. It will definitely scratch it up, depending on how old and the type of paint and number of coats will make the determination on how well it works and the pads hold up. I would lean more towards trying a screen disc pad first. Buy 3m and get the quality with those pads
Question:	can I use it with a carpet bonnet
Answer:	I would not recommend using a 1200 rpm machine to strip concrete sealer from a floor. I would use a regular floor machine(slow speed machine). A HiPRO will work,what would work better is a 120 grit screen. Use a floor pad on the machine and put a screen under the pad.
