Answer:	The mat delivered rolled up. But I would think it would not stay rolled up on its own because of the heavy sturdy durability of the mat. It's a great mat!

Answer:	It is supersoft and stretchier that is typical. It's not like a thick Hanes Beefy tee type of fabric. It is cool, stretchy and comfortable. I don't know if you are male or female, but all I would say is it seems a tiny bit small, which I think is just a men's more slender cut like a contemporary t-shirt. it's very slight, though and unless your hips or tummy are large I would not bother sizing up.
Question:	What is the thickness
Answer:	It's typical men's sizing. You didn't provide any measurements and I don't know how tight you like your t-shirts, so I would just say to order the men's size you generally wear. I will say that the shirt is super soft and comfortable and the printing is well done. I like it very much.
