Answer:	If you're planning on using a steamer you wouldn't need the wrinkle released, unless you want the fresh scent. The Downy wrinkle released leaves clothes a bit damp (dries quickly though).

Answer:	You can test on a small hidden portion but I have never had any issues or staining, even on dry clean fabrics. It is not a cleaning solution and because you must lightly and not soak, it has always worked for me. I love this product. Answer:	Hi! I really love this product and keep it around all the time. I have some of my husbands shirts that it doesn't work on but those are the ones I have to iron. Only about 2 out of 25 are stubborn. It works great on polyester and cotton blends. Just shake it up, spray it really well on the wrinkly areas and then smooth it out with you hand. That is all that is necessary. Hang it up and when it is dry the wrinkles will be pretty much gone. It helps to then button the shirt too. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Absolutely. This is actually the way I shoot it. Release comes with 5 different springs. I have mine set with the second heaviest. I have made mine a pull through release. Release trigger will not go off with a slap of the finger. This is a Great Release. Super Crisp and Clean. There is no one that makes a better release than Carter.

Answer:	If you mean Bounce Free and Gentle Dryer sheets I would say yes. If you are planning on using dryer sheets for baby clothes I would use only the Bounce Free and Gentle. My family & I are very sensitive to perfumes and oter additives found in most dryer sheets. The Bounce Free and Gentle dryer sheets make our clothes smell great and get rid of static without causing any kind of allergic or skin sensitivity reaction. Now we exclusively use Tide Free & Clear and Bounce Free and Gentle and we have no sneezing or itching.
Question:	Do the fragrance free also repel insects
Answer:	Yes, to repels insects as long as you place them in the right spots where you may have a problem. I use these in the summer time and attach them to a free standing fan to freshen the air. I put 5 at a time on while the fan is on. Helps to get stuffiness and bland air to seem much clearer. Don't like them for the dryer; however. I like a little fragrance but nothing with febreeze. Don't care for the fragrance. Overall, I'm pleased with the unscented sheets for all the above mentioned. Hope this helps. In the winter, by the way, you can place these in front of your vents to help the air seem cleaner than just hot air blowing out of the vents. I do place them around the house in case of any insects and I don't have any problem. Better than using pesticide sprays. Much healthier.
Question:	Ok I'm a Batchler and you don't know a lot about the whole laundry thing do I need these and liquid fabric softener or can I use just these
Answer:	One or the other since BOTH would be redundant in purpose. I had problems with my front load washers dispenser clogging up due to wax like build up in liquid softners. The dryer sheets also give me a bit more accuracy in use. Some laundry you may want two even three sheets in the dryer and there are many things in life you want NO softener. Microfibers and things like real down and down/feather blends you do not want softener into so liquid is a total no no and yet sometimes a sheet or half a sheet will help soften say the nylon fabric of down jacket or comforter without causing damage or less damage to the down insulation itself. But nylon can have a lot of static especially in low humidity winter seasons so a wee bit of dryer sheet can help with that or take the edge off noisy nylon jackets rubbing together when walking too. Anyway there is a chance your dryer could get coated with softner from either method over time and need a good wash out with a cloth and soapy water. If you wash microfiber clothes that are used to clean windows or cars you do not want softner in or on them as it will leave streaks on windows for sure. To get rid of that I occasionally wash a batch of microfibers on sanitize which is VERY HOT water and cold rinse and then air dry not in dryer. WE have very hard well water so microfibers can be effected by that too and it's a kind of catch 22 as the saying goes up here or six of one and half a dozen of the other when it comes to keeping microfiber clothes, throw blankets, fluffy jackets soft and anti static but not too soft. Hope this helps you out on this subject or lets put it this way by NOW after 6 plus years you must be an EXPERT on this subject but someone new may read your Q/A and they find it helpful. Answer:	After spraying on my family room carpet there was no odor and the static shocks were eliminated. I sprayed a large room which is about 23' x 23'. You'll need to re-spray about every two weeks but it only took under one minute to spray.

Answer:	It is not advisable to spray an animal with any product unless it was meant specifically for pets. The 2002 Heavy Duty Staticide can be sprayed onto carpet. Once dry, it is okay for pets to walk on and roll about.

Answer:	No, I have not noticed any difference at all. I used it mainly in my garage but I have several throw carpets out there, some are light colors and others are dark. No stains or color change at all. I put the Staticide in a spray bottle and lightly misted the carpets and other items out there. No smell or stains. You don't need to wet anything, just lightly mist. Seems to work great.

Question:	We have a composite outdoor deck. We get shocked when we touch the metal railing of the deck. Will this product work or will it just get washed off
Answer:	This product is mostly isopropyl alcohol. Once the IPA evaporates, an anti-static residue is left behind. The anti-stat is a surfactant similar to what is in hair conditioner. This is the mechanism that decays and prevents static. It should be okay on the outside of the acrylic sheet, but applying it to the inside of the sheet would be like having hair conditioner touching art. If there is a mat board, the art shouldn't touch the acrylic.
Question:	Can this be used on azek pvc decking to reduce static shock when touching metal railing? how long will it last outdoors in a rainy climate
Answer:	Yes, the Staticide Static Sentry will adhere to PVC and most other materials. This product works by leaving an anti-static residue in the form of a surfactant (similar to hair conditioner). I've used it on home circulation returns and it keeps the return cleaner longer by reducing dust attraction. Depending on the dust collection system, the excessive dust might cancel out the benefits. For example, if this is a dust collector for wood working, there is so much dust being sucked through the tube, the product might not be as effective as it would be with natural air-borne dust because it is being covered with debris. It that case, I would apply to the outside of the tube to help reduce charges that may cause sparking. The only other thing to consider is that there is an odor from the solvent. If you use in a well-ventilated area, you shouldn't have a problem. Once the product is dry (which is quick), the odor dissipates.
Question:	How long will the staticide last in tyvek labels made from flexo printing? The labels are going to be in contact with dinamite and gunpowder, no water
Answer:	This product is a topical anti-stat. It is not a coating like paint. Friction doesn't remove it easily; however, friction and moisture will eventually remove it. This product is like soap on a bathroom tile, you can move it around with your finger but water and scrubbing will remove it. Water alone will eventually dilute the product so that it eventually disappears.
Question:	does this work on vinyl floors
Answer:	The Static Sentry is not a permanent product or coating. It leaves a residue that will bring static charges to zero volts. If your soles are rubber, rubber is insulative so charges build up. Static Sentry could eliminate a charge but since dirt is an insulator, in may not work for long. Plus, anti-stats are slippery so I cannot recommend this product on the bottom of footwear. The best thing to do is switch to either switch to leather soles to reduce static build up, or see if there are ways to mitigate static within our environment. For example, spraying Static Sentry on upholstery will reduce the amount of charge generated when you slide off your chair.
