For the classic method I would need to do multiple rounds of classic method . This stuff you just let your heavily used piece soak and it cleaned like new . |

| Answer: | The tubes are top quality. If I were going to blow a bubble on the end and close it off to I don't know smoke out of it or make a thermometer, I would go with the 14mm. It would make the od thicker so it would handle heat better. We are using it for sight glasses so our temp. Stay's around 250 degrees so we don't have to worry about the integrity of the glass as much as you. But to answer your question, yes they can be blown and used that way. I tryed it today on some we have broken over the months and the first one I tried with a can of Coleman's fuel on the first one and came up with an epic fail. The second mapp gas was perfect, the 3rd with an oxygen and acetylene torch and It was too hot. But yes they will work. Enjoy |
