Question:	Can this dual socket be controlled by Samsung SmartThings
Answer:	I keep both of them. Because if your wifi goes down then u need the gosund app to like delete it and reinstall them.
Question:	Does each plug comes in a separate box or all 4 in one box
Answer:	As long as the appliance can be turned on at the switch, and unplugging and plugging it back in will start the appliance (like some, but not all coffee makers), it should work. Not all appliances have a hard-wired switch and some you have to press an on button each time you use it. Those will not work with these since once it's turned off, the smart plug can't press that button for you. My coffee maker has a hard wired switch and doesn't have any fancy microprocessor that uses a momentary push button to turn it on. However, note the maximum current rating or wattage for the smart plug or hub. I have a coffee maker that uses 1450 watts and I had to buy a different smart plug for it that was rated 15 amps to be safe. If you use a smart plug with a lower wattage or current rating than your appliance, you are asking for trouble, either a possible fire or an early demise of the smart plug.

Answer:	It was fairly simple for me to setup. It took about 7-10 minutes to set it up. I used the google assistant so the following steps may vary if you use alexa. 1. Plug in the smart plug. 2. Press and hold the power button until the button flashes blue about twice every second. (Rapid Flashing) 3. Next, download the Smart Life app and create an account. (Make sure you sign up via email and not via google or apple. It will ask for a password during the linking process.) 4. Once an account is setup, add a new device. Select the one that says (Smart Outlet - Wifi). 5. Follow the next few prompts and it should set the plug up via Smart Life. 6. Once it is paired to the SmartLife app, Go to the "Me" Section and select a Third-Party Voice Services. 7. Follow the prompts (Hint: This is where you need the account password. Answer:	yes, that is how I am using it, I only have 2 wires coming from my boiler. Batteries seem to last a year, I just change them out at the beginning of my heating season.

Answer:	The unit has 4 internal tabs that hold it together. I find it easier to separate it using the three tabs on the top of the unit and pushing back on the center tab while holding one of the side tabs. It's a tight fit so it doesn't come apart easily just don't be too brutal with it.

Answer:	I only use this for Amazon Alexa show 5 and dot. So I can’t answer about Samsung SmartThings. But when I see the instruction you can use with Alexa, Google Home and Smart phone. I am pretty sure this will work with any smart devices.

Answer:	The button on your left is for light adjustment, the button on your right adjusts the time. 1 push for shorter time up to 4 pushes. I think pushing the button 4 times gives you 6 hours of run time.
Question:	The device keeps going offline. Any thoughts on why and how to fix it
Answer:	hi, actually I have not had any issues. What we did was created a "guest" wireless network not sure if that is the reason why it hasn't gone off line.
