Answer:	Hello Joe, This is a floor standing model and I have used it many times with no problems. Though it works excellent, when I received my press it was missing one of the support beams that runs horizontal to the floor. When I contacted the seller--and left voice messages on numerous occasions--the representative never replied. Luckily, I was able to fabricate my own support beam (made two so they would match). I believe the missing part was a fluke on the production line...but be forewarned that in my experience customer service does not exist if you so happen to have an issue.

You'd think that the seller of this item (or ANY item for that matter) WOULD put an accurate picture of an item, so the customer at least has an idea of what they're getting....... NOT! Answer:	I assume you are talking about the hydraulic fluid release valve. Yes this must be turned to allow the hydraulic fluid to go back into the reservoir. Hand pressure may be necessary to return the piston all the way. Don't forget to tighten the valve before using it to press anything.
