Answer:	As long as the edges are properly bound, it can be washed and hung to dry. But it should be a GENTLE wash with mild detergent. If edges are not well bound, the item will begin to unravel in the wash.

Question:	Without folding it in half, could this be used to hold two parts of an L-shaped hall runner together on the bottom side
Answer:	Since it's 2" wide, the 1/4" should give you plenty of room. Give it a try. At under $5 it's not a great loss. That way you'll always have some on hand should you want to use it for another project. Check the specs. to see that they meet your requirements. This worked well for me.
Question:	Could I use this on clothing
Answer:	I used it to finish a hooked rug project and it worked great!
Question:	Would this work for a thicker loop-type rug? The rug in question is an indoor/outdoor rug that is close to 1/4 inch thick
Answer:	You really need to measure the area that you want covered. My room is 14 x18 feet. I only wanted an area in front of my sofa under coffee table so I have a 6 x 7 foot rug. I needed 6 of these 24"x30" for a 5x6 foot. Then added 3 more and placed in opposite direction to get the total of 72" x 84" which is 6' x 7'. Just cut 12 inches off of one of these so that one piece is 24" x 18". Hope this helps!

Answer:	It will work but the canvas weave is quite a bit bigger than regular needlepoint canvas. You might need two strands of bulky thread - depending on what your yarn weight is.
