About Cam Lock Nut
The cam lock nut structure is generally composed of a cylindrical shape and a driving cross groove, and an eccentric chute is added on the side.

Installation 1
According to the actual installation dimensions of each component, make the corresponding mounting holes in advance, install the three-in-one components. Finally put in the cam lock nut to ensure that the side groove of the nut matches the screw cap of the connecting rod to lock the nut. The surface of the cross groove is flush with the surface of the board, without protruding the board surface.
Installation 2
After confirming that all accessories and planks are in the proper position, use the cross screwdriver to follow the + and-signs on the surface of the cam lock nut. If there is no mark, rotate the nut according to the actual situation, until it rotates about 90 degrees (1/4 circle). The installation is complete. If more torque is applied, it may break the nut.

It works for romaine leaves, heads of lettuce, but found it drys the leaves so I line the basket with paper towels to catch the condensation and cover the leaves with the moist paper towels, then the leaves get crispy rather than soggy and limp. Spinach leaves tended to get dehydrated if put directly in the basket so I leave it in the plastic bag it comes in if it has the tiny holes to aerate it. Overall, it does help greens to last longer. I have several boxes in different sizes. Works well to keep grape tomatoes fresh a long time. |
