Answer:	Made in China like most everything else these days. You wouldn't be getting them for this cheap if they were made in the USA. They are pretty good quality however.

Answer:	It sure will work for it, just have a good firm hold on the grinder. The cutters can be a little grabby depending on the thickness of the metal.

Answer:	They cut great on aluminum, that is what i primarily got them for. However I have bent 3 of them on accident as I got them for my 56,000 RPM pencil grinder and I can only run them at low RPM. 3 times now i have went to twist the dial to turn down/off the grinder and not paying attention turned it up and they immediately spin out of proportion and the shank bends pretty much instantly. Just have to be very carefully how fast you turn them, I can barely turn mine on to where it starts to spin much more and they bend. Probably says rated for only certain RPM in the fine print. Answer:	I think the speed rating is much lower. When used in my pencil die grinder at high speed these bits vibrate violently.first problem is the shanks are 3mm not 1/8 inch which makes the shank undersized creating a possible misalignment in the collet. The shanks are much too long making the problem worse.My solution is to shorten the shanks making the cutterhead closer to the collet, and slowing the die grinder to about 1/2 speed, this makes them run much smoother and quite effective. A great deal for the price.

Answer:	Will they carve wood? Yes. I'm not sure if it'll leave as smooth as a finish as you'd like though. Most people use these for metals, so they'll be more than strong enough to go through wood, but with such large teeth it's not going to be smooth.

Answer:	My Dremel has a 32,000 RPM max and these bits work as designed. I think going to 35,000 RPM would not be a problem.

Answer:	These will fit any smaller sized rotary tools. I got a small one with a flex cable connection and it fits perfect. I believe these are in the 1/16 range
