Question:	will you clean this glass bed before work
Answer:	I periodically wipe the bed down with a wet then dry cloth when the glass feels rough. If the glass bed feels smooth I think it should be fine. I always spray the glass with cheap hairspray and heat the bed before printing to help the pla stick. I love the glass bed for easy release after it cools completely.

Answer:	I have no issues with sticking but I also use Aqua Net hair spray. I spray the glass and let it heat up to 60-62 degrees and than I print till items not longer stick. So far I have been able to print 18-24 times between reposting the hair spray.

Question:	I've tried leveling the bed and it's perfect on the corners but too high in the center.. Does that mean my bed isn't completely flat
Answer:	The item you get is flawed and it is not flat enough. Because the checking method for this product is sampling inspection, some defective products may not be detected. You could refund or contact us for replacement.
Question:	This item came with a plastic sheet over the top of the textured glass surface. Is that supposed to be removed
Answer:	This surface with coating is covered with a transparent plastic protective film. Remove this plastic film before use. In addition, like most of the black glass beds on the market, the glass bed upgraded has only one coated side, so pls let the coated side up to get adhesion.
Question:	Do you need to change the bed level when switching from pla to abs or does the glass not expand that much between the changes in temperature
Answer:	The material of this hot bed is borosilicate glass, which has a very low thermal expansion coefficient, about one-third that of ordinary glass, its shape deviation is very small, so I don't think it is necessary to adjust bed level.
Question:	Since the glass is thicker than the mag sheet, will the z-axis stop switch need to be adjusted? i would think that matters
Answer:	It definitely will, but start by cranking down the bed springs all the way. Make your adjustments from there and then back off the springs as little as possible. This will keep your bed as tight as it can be. Also, DO NOT use Windex to clean the glass. It will cause prints to permanently stick to the Ultrabase-like coating and will remove it when you pull the print up. Ask me how I know. 😒

1. When it cools down to room temperature, gently rub the surface, not shovel or scraper.

2.As the print has finished, DO NOT try to remove the model from the glass bed with force. This glass bed must come down to room temperature for the coating surface to "release" the mold. The magnetic bed, stickers, pei sheets and glues usually face the problem of uneven bottom of mold, and cleaning is troublesome, too.

This high flatness glass bed solves the above problem. If you have a higher requirement for print accuracy, better to use a glass plate instead of magnetic mat or pei sheet.

In addition, because the surface does not contain coating, it can break through the temperature limit of coated glass bed and reach much higher hot bed temperature.

About Borosilicate Glass Bed

Answer:	Don't know how big The bed is on a mini

Answer:	This is meant to be used as 3D printer bed glass, so I don't think optically clear is a big factor. It looks clear enough to me, like window glass, but, depending on your planned application, it might not be clear enough.

Question:	does this come with a steel plate along with a magnetic build surface? And what are the dimensions
Answer:	No, it does not come with a steel plate. It does come with an adhesive magnet that you can stick to an aluminum or plastic print bed, which then gives something for the flexible magnetic print surface to stick to.
Question:	How do you clean this plate? i've seen people in the reviews having issue with ipa
Answer:	You can clean it with a little bit of rubbing alcohol and a cloth or cotton ball. That said, these magnetic beds should be considered a consumable. You will get a number of prints from one, but the PLA will build up over time and it will need to be replaced.
Question:	Is this the same stock one that comes with ender 3 pro? with the dragon head and ender text? the images show otherwise
Answer:	I have the Ender 5. The magnetic flexible bed cover on the stock version of the Ender 5 also comes with the "dragon head" logo. This bed cover has no "dragon head" logo and is not as magnetic as the stock version and does not adhere to the build plate as well. Dimensionally it fits as well as the stock bed cover. Based on the weak magnetic adhesion I won't buy another of this version.
Question:	Does the paper backing need to be removed? It covers an adhesive that would be difficult to remove
Answer:	The print bed itself has no adhesive or paper backing. The paper backing is on the flexible magnet that you can use to stick to your printer's existing bed, and then place the flexible print surface on the magnet. You will need to remove the paper backing to expose the adhesive if you want to use this stick-on magnet. The adhesive would be very hard to remove. But, if you already have a steel print bed, you can just place the flexible magnetic part on it, and not use the other part. The part with the adhesive is only for printers that have plastic or aluminum beds that a magnet won't stick to.
