Question: How pointy is the glass breaker? I used to have a pocket knife but the glass breaker was kinda rounded and not pointy enough to break glass easily
Answer: Yes it is pointed. It is a good knife, the blade is a little soft, but a kitchen knife sharpener works wonders in very little time. Not what I would call heavy duty or built to last, but I have had it for about six months now and I think it will last another six months or so...not bad considering the price.

Answer: This is a liner lock if you look at the base of the blade you will see a piece of metal at the back of the blade use your thumb to press this lock away from the blade to one side at the same time use your other hand to close blade. After a little practice you will be able to close with one hand.

Answer: Probably not if it is only supported along the edges. This thin ABS is not a rigid product. You may want to choose a different material (i.e. plexiglass, aluminum, steel, plywood) and a thickness that gives you the support you need. While 1/16-in steel may work, you will likely need something a bit thicker for other materials. However, if the circumference of the 10x4 ABS plastic panel is tightly held along the four edges, and if you are not pushing too hard or too often when plugging into ports and turning switches, it may be workable. You could also gain the support you need by reinforcing the the opening under the plastic panel, or the backside of the panel with steel or aluminum sheet metal, or plexiglass. Expanded metal sheets as found in hardware stores may also work.
Question: Looking for something I can mix bondo on that will flex enough to pop the unused bondo off to use again will this work
Answer: Yes it should work ok for that - but I would use the smooth side of the panel to ensure the Bondo does not get stuck in the textured side..

Question: I want to glue 3" ceramic tile squares on to these sheets. What adhesive would be best? They will be used outside
Answer: That's a tough question. Most adhesives that stick to tile will also stick to plastic. The stronger the adhesive the better it will stick (and the longer it will last). Tile mastic is good for general use but an epoxy adhesive will be stronger. However, it depends on how you use it and how much you plan to "flex" the plastic once the tile is stuck to it. Most epoxies are not that flexible. Generally speaking, the most important point will will be to scratch the plastic surface before applying adhesive. Use sandpaper or something equivalent to rough up the plastic surface. Then clean the plastic and let dry before applying adhesive.

Answer: Use a piece of plywood if your trying to make a throat plate for table saw with zero clearance

Answer: It’s hard to answer that question accurately without knowing exactly what you’re going to do, but my guess is it will support a light amount of weight no problem. It’s a strong sheet of plastic and it’s flexible so it can bend. If you’re going to cut it down into smaller pieces I imagine it would actually be stronger.

Answer: This material sands very easily. You can make ithe textured side smooth in about 15 minutes with a piece of 180 grit sandpaper

Answer: I have used these to protect against my dogs scratching wood frame french doors and mesh screens on a porch. I used some nails to attach to the wood frame of the porch but wood screws would also have worked in my case. The material appears to be pretty strong.
