Broth: Place the beef stock in a 5-6 quart pot and add garlic and onion. Tie the anise pods, cinnamon stick, cloves, peppercorns and ginger in a cheesecloth or spice bag and add it to the soup. Stir in sugar, salt and fish sauce. Cook on medium-low heat for about an hour. Remove the spices and strain the broth using a very fine strainer or cheesecloth. Keep the broth hot to cook the meatballs in.

Meatballs: Combine all of the meatball ingredients and mix well. Cover with plastic and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Once chilled, place 1/4 of the mixture in a food processor, processing until it is a completely smooth but firm paste. Transfer the paste to another bowl. Repeat the process with the remaining beef, processing 1/4 at a time to avoid overloading your food processor. Cover the blended beef and chill in the freezer for another 30 minutes. Remove the beef mixture and, using slightly wet hands, form into meatballs slightly smaller than the size of a golf ball. In a few batches, place the meatballs into the simmering Pho Beef Broth and allow them to float and cook for 7-10 minutes. Remove the meatballs from the broth, transferring them to a bowl. Prepare to serve immediately.

Noodles: Using the directions on the packaging, cook the noodles slightly under or al dente.

To assemble, divide the cooked noodles into four bowls and top with baby bok choy (cut in half). Then add 3 meatballs to each bowl. Ladle very hot broth over the noodles, bok choy and meatballs. Ground beef can be used in practically any recipe. It can be grilled, seared, baked and much more. No matter what type of dish you're preparing, add the juicy and delicious flavor of fresh beef.

Ground Beef Meatball Pho

Broth: Place the beef stock in a 5-6 quart pot and add garlic and onion. Tie the anise pods, cinnamon stick, cloves, peppercorns and ginger in a cheesecloth or spice bag and add it to the soup. Stir in sugar, salt and fish sauce. Cook on medium-low heat for about an hour. Remove the spices and strain the broth using a very fine strainer or cheesecloth. Keep the broth hot to cook the meatballs in.

Meatballs: Combine all of the meatball ingredients and mix well. Cover with plastic and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Once chilled, place 1/4 of the mixture in a food processor, processing until it is a completely smooth but firm paste. Transfer the paste to another bowl. Repeat the process with the remaining beef, processing 1/4 at a time to avoid overloading your food processor. Cover the blended beef and chill in the freezer for another 30 minutes. Remove the beef mixture and, using slightly wet hands, form into meatballs slightly smaller than the size of a golf ball. In a few batches, place the meatballs into the simmering Pho Beef Broth and allow them to float and cook for 7-10 minutes. Remove the meatballs from the broth, transferring them to a bowl. Prepare to serve immediately.

Noodles: Using the directions on the packaging, cook the noodles slightly under or al dente.

To assemble, divide the cooked noodles into four bowls and top with baby bok choy (cut in half). Then add 3 meatballs to each bowl. Ladle very hot broth over the noodles, bok choy and meatballs. Garnish with Sriracha, Thai basil, bean sprouts, cilantro, fresh mint and lime wedges. Serve immediately.

Toasted Peanut and 5-Spice Seared Ground Beef Lettuce Wraps

Rice: Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the rice; reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Beef: While the rice is cooking, heat oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and ginger, crumbling it into small pieces with a wooden spoon until the beef is cooked through. Stir in the cooked rice, water chestnuts, broth, hoisin sauce, five-spice powder and salt. Cook until heated through, about 1 minute. Right before serving, add the toasted peanuts.

To serve, spoon 1-2 ounce portions of the beef mixture onto the lettuce leaves, top with herbs and crispy onions. Roll the leaves into wraps and enjoy!

Answer: The label doesn't list everything. Salt, sugar, black pepper, SPICES, bell pepper, garlic, onion, mustard seed is what it says.

Answer: The instructions are on the jar. I believe you preheat to 500 deg, cook 7 minutes per pound, do not open the oven. After that leave in the oven for 2 hours. We have done this many times and it comes out great. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN FOR ANY REASON!!!! If you want it more rare shorten the two hours may 15 minutes. Enjoy
