So make sure the white thingy is facing upward. Which will be the part that looks square facing up and the curved part of the white mount facing down and it slides right on there. :) hope this helps.

Answer:	Your optimal image size should be 1800 x 2250 for a 10 x 15 canvas. (you can check your image dimensions in your properties on the device you have it saved). If your image is not large enough the system may select a solid wrap this will move more of the image on the face of the canvas. I hope this helps.
