Answer:	I don't know for sure I can tell you I have gone from floor to deep shag to shallow carpet and have not had a problem picking up dirt.

Answer:	Yes, but (there’s always a but) depending on where the “caked brake dust” is. If on the inside of alloys you’d use a lot wastingly, and the rubbing would remove the top coat. There are other better products to remove hardened brake dust only. However, Blue Magic would be what I would use to polish and finish off

Answer:	It depends on what you mean by moisture. If you mean a puddle of water, then no. If you mean some dry cat food that got water splashed on it by an overzealous drinker at the water bowl and is now the softness of sliced bread or some damp sand trekked in from outside, then yes - I've had no problems with either.

Answer:	No it is 120 volt not 12 volt. Unless you have a very strong power invertor and even at that I would not recommend it.

Answer:	I’m impressed with the quality! it comes with a filter but i don’t know about a hepa filter. It is sturdy and has well-fitting attachments. I love that it doesn’t hurt my ears or constantly flip over like so many shop vacs
