Answer:	Its 110 volt. I don't know how long it hold its charge I only use it for spot clean ups. It is bag-less.

Answer:	This is a sweeper, not a vacuum. It does not suck the dirt up. It prefers harder surfaces. If you are looking for something to pick up on carpet and along baseboards, you'd be better off getting a vacuum. It does pick up kitty litter fine thiugh, just on hard surfaces.
Question:	Is this sweeper very loud? if not which one is quiet
Answer:	This sweeper is quiet, however if it seems to be making a little noise check to see if it needs cleaning out. Manufacturer suggests empty after each use and check your brushes. It's amazing how it picks up.

Answer:	I don't have hardwood, but I don't see why it wouldn't. It works well on other non-rug surfaces.

Question:	Two questions. 1. Does the cleaning solution have an odor (I have allergies)? 2. Can this be used to freshen an oriental area rug
Answer:	If you have allergies and an Oriental rug, I would get rid of the rug!! If it is an authentic hand knotted rug- then it's wool!! If you have allergies you MAY be allergic to the wool itself. ALso, I would have it professinally cleaned- not because YOU can;'t clean it, but wool rugs are incredibly heavy when wet and terribly difficult to properly dry completely. Unless you have a big backyard and live in the arid southwest, I would not attempt cleaning. I have a large wool rug from Afghanistan I tried cleaning myself (you have to use natural SOAPS AND NO ARTIFICIAL DETERGENTS!!) on wool- it weighed a ton when wet and took FOREVER to dry on a very hot wall in 114F degree summer heat. The wool just smells when it's wet, like a wet dog (wet sheep actually ;) so, next time it will be done by a pro who has the equipment, tools and dryer for them.
Question:	What's the difference between the 1785a model and 1785w model
Answer:	I just read that the difference between the two: the 1785W is 3000 RPM's and the 1785A is 3500 RPM's.
Question:	Can you use your own solution
Answer:	I have a 20 yr old carpet cleaning Bissel and I use my own solution. Of course the manufacturer will only endorse their own cleaning products. They can't guarantee the results if you use something else. I use 3% hydrogen peroxide with hot water. Use a 1 to 5.5 ratio. (1 peroxide to 5.5 parts water) It cleans, disinfects, and is great for pet stains. Won't hurt your machine using this formula. Hint: Try a 1 to 1 ratio in a spray bottle for cleaning your shower, bathtub and tiles. It kills mildew on contact, nixes the scum on glass and brightens your tub.
Question:	Can this be used for dry vacuuming? And how does this clean grout between tile lines
Answer:	I have tried this for dry vac and tile grout. First off, it is really meant to suck up water. Yes, it will do large items on the floor but not fine dust and dirt from every day. It will suck it up with the water though. As for grout, if you have deep crevice grout, as in the grout is not flush with the top of the tile, you will still need to scrub the grout. I have both and then I also have uneven stone that has pores and crevices in the tile itself and it also doesn't do well on those but it does better than a regular mop EVER did.

Answer:	Hi grae.b, the three WH-1000XM4 voice pickup microphones located on the left earcup work only when connected via Bluetooth. The WH-1000XM4 headphones work fine for phone calls when the audio cable is connected, though, by utilizing the microphone from the smartphone. ~Earl

The Noise Canceling feature of these Bluetooth® headphones is initially set to automatically turn off after five minutes. You can change the Automatic Power Off setting in the Headphones Connect app from 5 minutes to 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 3 hours or, if you want Noise Canceling to stay on all the time, just simply tap Do not turn off. Answer:	The WH-1000XM4 are the best headphones you can buy for use with PS4 or PS5. The Pulse 3D Wireless Headset is a very cheep pair of headphones both in quality and price. The WH-1000XM4 can do everything that the Pulse 3D can do and has many additional features. The sound quality, microphones, noise cancelation, comfort, build quality, battery life, charging speed, and wireless pairing of the WH-1000XM4 are superior in every way compared to the Pulse 3D. The PS5's 3D audio will work with the XM4s. I have had the XM3 model for 2 years and I absolutely love them. They work great with my PS4. Because I was so happy with the XM3 I decided to upgrade to the XM4. I've owned Bose and Beats before but I've found them lacking in features. I can not recommend the WH-1000XM4 enough. You will not be disappointed.
