Answer:	The pet tool is different between the 2 models. hv382 has a motorized pet tool vs the suction driven one on hv381

Answer:	The Liftaway is a traditional upright vacuum. It is heavy (mine is ~15 lb), and has a very powerful beater bar for cleaning carpets. Combined, the weight of the vacuum and the power of the Liftaway beater bar leaves my carpets cleaner than any other vacuum I have tried! Different parts can be disconnected so that you can do stairs, upholstery, etc.The Rocket is a relatively lightweight (it is 10 lbs) stick vacuum. If you have hardwood/tile floors, this may be the only vacuum you need. However, it is weak on carpet - it simply doesn't have the weight or the power to dig in and give carpets a deep clean. Note that with the Rocket, all the weight is at the top of the stick, so you are carrying the weight (which gets tiring). With the Navigator, the weight is low, pushing down into the carpet.

Answer:	I just picked this up from bed bath and beyond... lo and behold the box says what accessories they have. There were two different boxes with the same UPC and exact same box, except the list of accessories on top of the box were different. I'm assuming from the comments the newer ones have excluded the motorized pet brush, under appliance wand and others. Luckily I knew what to look for and brought home the one with all the included accessories that the shark website listed. This was the same at Kohls too. They had both limited accessory and full accessory hv382 next to each other for the same price, same UPC barcode. I got mine today at bband beyond for $199 -20% off email coupon. $159 +tax. I am ordering a flexible hose from the shark website for $16 plus shipping. I don't know if it's true but apparently 380 model accessories are incompatible w lower model accessories (300, 310, 320) There's no way of choosing which one you get if you order it online

Answer:	The Quick Start manual for the HV382 says: "The Rocket® Complete has a 2-speed power slider switch on the handle. Slide the power switch to the appropriate floor setting and start cleaning. Setting I: Gentle on bare floors and delicate area rugs. The brushroll and the soft roller both spin together slowly to clean bare floors and delicate area rugs. The soft roller traps fine dust and large particles, while the brushroll directs that debris to the suction channel. Setting II: Deep cleans carpets by removing embedded dirt. Both brushrolls spin faster, working together to pick up debris below the surface of your carpets." Thus, the brushroll spins on BOTH settings -- just slower on the hard floor setting. This has the potential of damaging hardwood and vinyl floors.

Answer:	There are several versions of the "2X". Shark doesn't want you to know. They all look alike and the printing on the box is the same. But only the model IF 200w or the IF 252 has the double charging dock. The version sold by Amazon (IF 251) comes with two batteries but only one charging slot. (You can never charge two batteries at once.) Misleading!!!!! You cannot buy the double charger separately.
Question:	How long does the battery last while running
Answer:	It doesn’t last long max I ever got was 20 min . Now six month later i only get 7 min. It is also a hassle to get your batteries exchanged!
Question:	Why is this less expensive than the shark ionflex 2x duoclean cordless ultra-light vacuum if251? is it as good
Answer:	The main difference is the number of batteries included. This model, IF201, includes only ONE battery and a charger. The more expensive model, IF251, includes TWO batteries, charger, and a charging dock for the batteries. A minor difference between the two models is what accessories are included, which can also vary at different retailers (Amazon, Target, QVC, etc). You can check the details of each listing to find out what specific accessory tools are included here at Amazon. If you have a larger house or spend more than about 15-20 minutes vacuuming at one time, you will want IF251 with two batteries. I went with the single battery IF201 as my house is rather small. Another option is to start with IF201 and then at a later date purchase a second battery if the need arises &/or budget allows.

Answer:	I weighed mine with a digital luggage scale. I unwound the cord because, when using it, the cord will be unwound. The vacuum weighs 7.99 pounds alone and 8.49 pounds with the snap-on attachment holder and attachments.
Question:	We have a long haired cat that sheds. Will the regular Rocket work for cat hair or is this worth the extra money
Answer:	They both work about the same as far as picking up the hair. I have 2 dogs in the house and I also have both the TruePet and the regular Rocket. The advantage to the TruePet is the bin it is twice the size of the regular Rocket the regular rocket will keep you busy emptying the bin out. The TruePet also come with the smaller powered head that makes it a lot easier to get the funiture.

10 Different Combinations to Meet All Your Cleaning Needs for Whole House

Note: The flexible hose is not electric, so it can only function with the long crevice and the brush attachment.

The motorized cleaner head，mini motorized cleaner head，long crevice and 2-in-1 brush can be assembled with retractable metal tube, flexible hose and main motor into 10 combinations.Perfect for all various daily household cleaning.

There are 6 tips to help you better use S6P cordless vacuum cleaner:

1. Please empty the trash in the dust cup after cleaning, and make sure the amount of garbage not over 80% of the dust cup.Over garbage will block the vents and causing the suction to decay rapidly.

2. The S6P vacuum is equipped with 2 batteries. The using time can up to 80min. Working time of each battery: 12~20 minutes on the max mode, and 35~45 minutes on the standard mode. The using time of the battery is different in various situations. When you use it to clean some large-size debris or particles, it might decrease the using time because of the heavy cleaning task.

3. Please do check whether the tube is blocked and the floor brush is tangled with hairs. These may cause the power of suction to be weakened or stop working.

4. Clean the filters-Please clean your filter and stainless steel strainer regularly. We kindly recommend exchanging the filter every 3 months according to your use frequency. Please Notice: Wash the filter with cold water at least every month and ensure the filters are completely dry before refitting.

5. The black rubber sealing gasket inside the dust cup cover is a strip originally, not an O-ring. There might be some possibility of falling out, please don't worry, it is not broken, it can be easily put back into the position. The sealing strip is necessary to avoid air leakage when the dustbin is closed.

6. Please understand that the best discharge temperature of lithium batteries is 23℃(73.4℉) to -2℃(28.4℉). When the temperature is lower than -2℃(28.4℉), the discharge time will decrease 10%-20%, which means the run time may decrease during the cold environment.
