Answer:	The "only thing" preventing me buying the V11 is the absolutely puzzling decision by Dyson to ship this thing with a single battery and make replacing a battery a 10 minute operation involving hand tools and three screws. What battery powered tool does not have a quick change battery pack in 2019? Answer.....Dyson! So, even if you're willing to buy a second or third battery, it would be unusable That means you're stuck with 10 or 15 minutes of use on anything but hardwood floors or tile. And that makes this thing an overpowered DustBuster for small spills, not a tool to replace a corded vacuum.

Answer:	My V11 stopped working today, zero power and lights don't turn on when it is plugged in. I was told they will be sending me a replacement batter in 7-10 business days for free as it is under the 1 year warranty. I was told that certain serial numbers had "bad batteries" and mine was on the list. Worked fantastic up until today. So long as the new battery does the trick for my machine, I will continue to be a very happy V11 owner. I will update once I have the new battery.

There are 6 tips to help you better use S6 cordless vacuum cleaner:

1. Please empty the trash in the dust cup after cleaning, and make sure the amount of garbage not over 80% of the dust cup.Over garbage will block the vents and causing the suction to decay rapidly.

2. Battery working time: 12~20 minutes on the max mode, and 35~45 minutes on the standard mode. The using time of the battery is different in various situations. When you use it to clean some large-size debris or particles, it might decrease the using time because of the heavy cleaning task.

3. Please do check whether the tube is blocked and the floor brush is tangled with hairs. These may cause the power of suction to be weakened or stop working.

4. Clean the filters-Please clean your filter and stainless steel strainer regularly. We kindly recommend exchanging the filter every 3 months according to your use frequency. Please Notice: Wash the filter with cold water at least every month and ensure the filters are completely dry before refitting.

5. The black rubber sealing gasket inside the dust cup cover is a strip originally, not an O-ring. There might be some possibility of falling out, please don't worry, it is not broken, it can be easily put back into the position. The sealing strip is necessary to avoid air leakage when the dustbin is closed.

6. Please understand that the best discharge temperature of lithium batteries is 23℃(73.4℉) to -2℃(28.4℉). When the temperature is lower than -2℃(28.4℉), the discharge time will decrease 10%-20%, which means the run time may decrease during the cold environment.

I believe a total of 6.

Answer:	Not that I know of. It doesn't bother me, but our house cleaner won't use it just for that reason. Individual tastes vary.

Answer:	No model number I am aware of. The red wand is a special edition though.
Question:	How long does the battery run
Answer:	I ended up returning mine and getting one from Costco for 200 less at the time. But we have a 1,6xx square foot house that we vacuum daily if not every other day. And the battery still has yet to drop below 3 full bars on the auto setting.
