Answer:	This model does have a brush roller but when switched to bare floor mode, the rollers retract slightly and do not spin. Works fine on bare floors and does not fling the dirt and hair around like some models.

Answer:	Occasionally thread or string will wrap around the brush. The vacuum cleaner sounds different when this happens, as the brush stops spinning. All you need to do is turn the vacuum off, unplug, tilt the roller up so you can see it, and cut the string to remove it. This would be the same for long hair.

Question:	what is the model number of the v11 animal+red wand stick vacuum cleaner with 10 tools including high torque cleaner
Answer:	No model number I am aware of. The red wand is a special edition though.
Question:	How long does the battery run
Answer:	I ended up returning mine and getting one from Costco for 200 less at the time. But we have a 1,6xx square foot house that we vacuum daily if not every other day. And the battery still has yet to drop below 3 full bars on the auto setting.

Answer:	No, but it runs a long time. I do 1000 sq ft with no problem, carpet & hardwood floors.

Answer:	I highly recommend the XIGOO vacuum floor stand. It's sturdy and freestanding. You don't need to drill the charging hanging seat into the wall.
