Answer:	I would go straight to the source on the black and decker website. I saw many differences listed in the specs on there. This biggest one I think that would make a difference is the suction power and washable filter.
Question:	is it good at picking up pet hair
Answer:	This vacuum is great on hard surfaces for pet hair. If the pet hair is typically hard to vacuum up because it is on cloth or carpet, not so great. It works very good to pick up loose crumbs on carpet, though. I have two cats that shed and I wholeheartedly recommend, instead, the Eureka EasyClean 71B corded handheld vacuum for pet hair on furniture. It is the only vacuum that will pick up cat hair on my velour couches because of the strong suction and rotating brushes. It is extremely important to clean the filter to keep the suction strong on both of these handheld vacuums. The filter on this Black and Decker CHV1410L is underneath the green filter cover that twists off. The easiest and most effective way to clean the filters for me is to use a shop vac on them. Of course, any vacuum with a hose attachment would work.
Question:	How many years of use have you gotten before it doesn't stay charged
Answer:	This is the second time I bought this model: 1st time in 2013 and 2nd time in 2016. Both vacuums lasted for 2.5 years before loosing charge quickly. The vacuum was always heavily used (every day, several times a day).
Question:	Is the charging dock a wall hanging "snap in" type
Answer:	My wife didn't want it taking up shelf space, so she hung it from a wall hook ( where our old vac used to hang) and just set the charging disk on the bottom now the top.

Question:	Does it have a button to turn it on? i had a dyson but i had to squeeze the power button continusly to keep it going. impossible with carpel tunne
Answer:	Yes, it does. So much easier than the Dyson. Buttons also to switch from hard floors to carpet and from "normal" to super-charged.
Question:	Is there a version of this model on Amazon that has the dual charger that’s shown in tv ads
Answer:	There are several versions of the "2X". Shark doesn't want you to know. They all look alike and the printing on the box is the same. But only the model IF 200w or the IF 252 has the double charging dock. The version sold by Amazon (IF 251) comes with two batteries but only one charging slot. (You can never charge two batteries at once.) Misleading!!!!! You cannot buy the double charger separately.
Question:	How long does the battery last while running
Answer:	It doesn’t last long max I ever got was 20 min . Now six month later i only get 7 min. It is also a hassle to get your batteries exchanged!
Question:	Why is this less expensive than the shark ionflex 2x duoclean cordless ultra-light vacuum if251? is it as good
Answer:	The main difference is the number of batteries included. This model, IF201, includes only ONE battery and a charger. The more expensive model, IF251, includes TWO batteries, charger, and a charging dock for the batteries. A minor difference between the two models is what accessories are included, which can also vary at different retailers (Amazon, Target, QVC, etc). You can check the details of each listing to find out what specific accessory tools are included here at Amazon. If you have a larger house or spend more than about 15-20 minutes vacuuming at one time, you will want IF251 with two batteries. I went with the single battery IF201 as my house is rather small. Another option is to start with IF201 and then at a later date purchase a second battery if the need arises &/or budget allows.
