Question:	How well does the no-hair wrap work? Anyone use it in a home with a Golden a retriever and long-haired family members
Answer:	Our experience with shoulder length human hair is that it wraps tightly around the center of the roller (not too bad cutting into it with scissors) and very tightly at each end (difficult to remove). Not a single strand gets swept into the dust bin. We have a picture, will try to attach it to this reply.

Answer:	Not sure by volume size but in about 400 square feet dusting daily I empty 1 or 2 times per week. The first day I ran it I emptied 4 times because it cleaned in places I did not readily reach honestly. It notifies you when full by sound and app and very quick and easy to empty. This was a gift and I pondered the same question. I have been very satisfied.

Answer:	Did you make sure it is plugged in? Seriously I had that happen. We moved Kit -- my vacuum-- to another room and one of the connections (in the back) got loose. It was plugged in but not "secured" --- magically after I checked EVERYTHING -- and cleaned the whole thing (what a waste of time) it was just because I didn't check the connections. I recorded that I cleaned it so next time it is my husbands turn.

Answer:	Same thing JUST happened to me, only recieved one. Only way to get the other 5 is if I return the one I have and Amazon will send me the 6 together in one package. Seems like a waste of resources to send a tray back for no reason, but that's what they told me.

Answer:	The price goes up and down, but it certainly has gone up over time. THE GREAT PROBLEM, though, which I am writing as of March 2017, is that they CHANGED the refill system. There are less pieces (which I assume means more profit) but it now takes me about 12 minutes to change the litter, whereas the old system was about 4 minutes. THIS IS TERRIBLE AND I WILL BE LEAVING THEM. The whole point of scoop free was that it was easy to swap out the trays.

To keep your robotic vacuum cleaner at optimal performance, please regularly clean the R300 smart robot vacuum, and always keep vacuum robot charged on the home base when not in use. Please see the user manual for detail instructions on how to properly clean your R300 vacuum cleaner. The R300 smart vacuum comes with complimentary cleaning tools.



Important Tips:

Make sure the power switch is ONbefore using or charging.

Place the charging base in an open, uncluttered area against the wall.

Place the charging base in a position flat on the hard floor to keep the stability.

Recommended use for medium-pile carpet of 15mm or shorter.

Question:	Can i add some cleaning solution to the tank? or not recommended
Answer:	Dear Customer, Thanks for your question. You can dilute the cleaner solution with water first then adding. After mopping, kindly clean the water tank and mop cloth. Hope it helps you!
