Answer:	Yes the pet bed is wash and dryer safe. Sometimes there is a little shifting of the stuffing.
Question:	How high are the sides, and are they supportive for a small dog (12 lbs) to nest, rather than to collapse when they lay their head on the side
Answer:	5inches on the side. My 10 lb yorkie loves it. The sides only go down if he lays his whole body across the side. It's a little bit big for him but he snuggles into it at night and brings his blanket along. It's close to a year old and I've thrown it in the washer several times. Still looks great.
Question:	from past expierences chenille falls apart in the was. how does this hold up in the washer and does the middle cushion pop out to wash
Answer:	I just washed our bed and it washed fine. I did not put it in the dryer - hung it to dry and it died over night. My dog loves it! The center does not pop out.

Answer:	Yes but you should know that the bottom part bunches up you have to pull apart with your hands through the fabric to fluff it up.

I first purchased this pillow in 2012. Since then I purchased this pillow several times over the years for family members. They all loved it. I last purchased the pillow in 2019 for myself. I found the new pillow was exactly the same as my old one that had lasted for years. It is 2021 and I am still very happy with my sleep innovations contour cervical support pillow. In my experience it has not changed.

Answer:	This pillow is not too thick and hard. It gives me the support i need for my neck and is comfortable. I had actually spent $100 at a mattress store to get a pillow that was suppose to be so great for my neck. Biggest waste of my money. I used it for 2 weeks and could'nt stand it anymore. I am much happier with the memory foam pillow.
