Answer:	Do you have it extended all the way out? It is fine for me. Otherwise, call the factory and the might be able to get you an extension. Another option is to use an extension from another vacuum.

Answer:	It comes with a manual with each head it comes with. So the seb228 comes with this vacuum which is the main one. It comes with one that’s for hardwood floors and a handheld one as well

Answer:	I do not think so but if it could, the larger carpet Power Brush is heavy and would be awkward to use on stairs. In ordering this set, there is a Mini Turbo Head that is designed to be used as you are suggesting such as on stairs- whether into the handle or extended wand.

Answer:	The one's I purchased said nothing about being "hepa" on the package. Honestly, the vacuum that I bought these for is an old vacuum that we use in the garage to vacuum out the vehicles so I really wasn't looking for "hepa". I just wanted something that fit the vacuum and they do.

Answer:	Just the final insert is made of aluminum. The hose itself is no different then a nice shop vacuum. The idea being as you vac up hot ashes or coals it only passes through the hose into the metal drum. Works fine.

Answer:	These fit my Kenmore just fine. It specifies Q on the body of the machine but C has always fit. I have Progressive canister model 27515.

Answer:	the Kenmore Q bag HEPA filter tHat I received is 15 1/4inches high and 14 1/2 inches wide. There really is not a debth measurement as it is a rectangle with the top and bottom sewn directly together to make a flat "envelope". I find it opens out in the canister and shapes itself to the shape of the vacuum cavity. Hope this helps. It works very well in my Kenmore.
