Question:	Does it pick up cat hair
Answer:	Cat hair generally isn't what I try to pick up with this sweeper, but we do have a cat and the sweeper does pick up at least some of the cat hair. There's always plenty of it in the dust bins when I empty the bins. This sweeper is certainly no substitute for a electric vacuum with a powered rotor brush, but nor should it be expected to be.

Answer:	Bought this carpet sweeper to pick up at church...disappointed because instead of going forward and then backward when you first start to use it, you have to go in front of the dirt and then back and then forward to pick up the dirt several times that way and sometimes that doesn't even work.

Answer:	You can clean underneath furniture over 3" off the floor. The handle can be lowered to fold the sweeper, but not completely flat. Totally useless on hardwood, but does a good job on carpet and textured floors.
Question:	What is the trick to getting the very first pole attached to the base??? I returned one because it wasnt screwing in & the replacement isnt either
Answer:	I had the same problem. It's NOT you. If you can still return it, do so. Mine is the same and my spouse says it's the threads. They are not compatible with what you are trying to screw one. He used the handle from my old sweeper to fit on this Rubbermaid. That's ridiculous. I'm returning it and getting another Bissell. It's also very loud. Chases the animals away.

Answer:	I have four that are over 2 years old and no issues with rust - it is easy to remove the mop head though and wash in washing machine. Because these are priced at just $15.00 - if one does rust out I’d Remove the mop head and buy s new one. That way I’d have a clean mop head any time I wanted one. Just my thoughts.

Answer:	How to Replace the Mop Head1.Separate the yarn revealing the pole and remove the C-clamp near the top of the mop head.2.Remove the old mop head from pole at top and cut the zip tie holding the head to the ratchet handle to fully remove the old mop head.3.Slide replacement head opening onto ratchet handle and tighten the zip tie. Replace ratchet handle onto pole.4.Insert top of mop head into pole opening. Align holes and secure C-clamp pin to lock in replacement head and pole.

Answer:	The odor would be too strong for a rabbit. Plus this stuff smells very “perfumed” more to cover up a smell with its very strong offensive fragrance. I do not recommend for any purpose.
