Answer:	It works great, but the capacity is on the small side for a restaurant of any size; you'd probably have to empty it before you're done if you're sweeping the whole place (quick and easy to do). But for small pick-ups between nightly floor cleaning it would be especially great.

Answer:	This sweeper is quiet, however if it seems to be making a little noise check to see if it needs cleaning out. Manufacturer suggests empty after each use and check your brushes. It's amazing how it picks up.

Question:	Does it pick up cat hair
Answer:	Cat hair generally isn't what I try to pick up with this sweeper, but we do have a cat and the sweeper does pick up at least some of the cat hair. There's always plenty of it in the dust bins when I empty the bins. This sweeper is certainly no substitute for a electric vacuum with a powered rotor brush, but nor should it be expected to be.
Question:	Does it pick up sand well
Answer:	Bought this carpet sweeper to pick up at church...disappointed because instead of going forward and then backward when you first start to use it, you have to go in front of the dirt and then back and then forward to pick up the dirt several times that way and sometimes that doesn't even work.
Question:	Does this fold for storage and to clean underneath furnature
Answer:	You can clean underneath furniture over 3" off the floor. The handle can be lowered to fold the sweeper, but not completely flat. Totally useless on hardwood, but does a good job on carpet and textured floors.
Question:	What is the trick to getting the very first pole attached to the base??? I returned one because it wasnt screwing in & the replacement isnt either
Answer:	I had the same problem. It's NOT you. If you can still return it, do so. Mine is the same and my spouse says it's the threads. They are not compatible with what you are trying to screw one. He used the handle from my old sweeper to fit on this Rubbermaid. That's ridiculous. I'm returning it and getting another Bissell. It's also very loud. Chases the animals away.

Answer:	Probably. It’s interesting does to pick up just a little bit of debris, so if it’s a big “Cheerios incident”, you would have to empty it many times. It’s really more of a crumb catcher. Works well for that, though.

Answer:	I have no idea, but I returned mine as it was essentially useless. My swivelsweeper does a much better job.

Answer:	It has coarse plastic bristles. It comes with a tool to empty it, so you don't have get your hands dirty. It is very easy to empty. Works great! Especially getting cat fur up. I don't know about the replacement parts.

Answer:	I don't have a cat but have been using this item both at work and home for several years now. I would guess that it would pick up cat hair if the hair is not matted down onto the carpet. This sweeper is lightweight and has no suction power - debris is picked up solely by the brush which rotates around a spindle as you push back and forth. This sweeper is not great for hardwood or tile floors, though. It works, but with efford. The brushes work better at picking stuff up with carpet pile for friction.

Answer:	I don't know about picking up kitty litter, but this carpet sweeper does a good job on picking up dog hair and other such items from smooth floors like hardwood.

Answer:	I use both the broom and sweeper on hardwood floors because it depends what you have to pick up. It's a dandy of a sweeper, but like fine dust the broom. Good luck.

Answer:	I've used the shark in the past, but now I have an apartment and AM so pleased with this sweeper. For one thing I don't have to charge it, and is less expensive. It's a good pickup for me and not having a cord to trip over makes it another reason to desire. I recommend this to my favorite people.
