Answer:	It didn’t do well cleaning my bathtub and sink. I had better luck and spent less time and energy using a mixture of baking soda and bleach for the mold around the tub. Used vinegar to clean the sink. I wouldn’t recommend this product for bathroom.

Question:	Does it remove excess water
Answer:	Yes you can flip the pad over. All you do is release the pad and rotate the mop 180 deg and snap back in place and your good to go in using the other side. I’m assuming others on here that are saying No is because they don’t have the genius model, rather the original one sided pocket mop.

Answer:	I use it on hardwood and porcelain tile floors and am very happy with it. It does not produce a lot of water, just steam, so I would think it would be okay on laminate floors, but I have no experience. The moisture is minimal and caught up by the mops. My only complaint is that it doesn't stand up on its own.
Question:	Hi! i have lost one of my attachments to my mop. it’s the one that attaches the hose to the system. how can i get a replacement
Answer:	I don't know. I don't have tile, but it works awesome. I would think it would work on tile.
Question:	Can you order extra pads
Answer:	Depending on the amount of dirt on the floor, I may have to change it once. The first time I cleaned, I had to change it after 2 rooms because it pulled up so much dirt. I purchased 2 more replacement pads from Bed, Bath, and Beyond for $20. The following week, I only had to use one pad for my entire downstairs, which contains the kitchen, dining room, living room, foyer, long hallway, and half bath.

Answer:	I can do all my tile floors, about 1,100 sq ft and there is still water in the tank after that.

Question:	Can I wash the pad with the scent disc still inside? It's getting frustrating taking it out each time, but keeping it in would decrease the scent
Answer:	I accidentally washed mine and the scent was gone. Everything else in my washer smelled like the scent except the disc. Ha!I, personally, would not wash the pad with the scent disc still inside.
