There is a very thick plastic 'spacer' if you will between the leg bars, and the other plastic piece is the black, circular leg clip (to hold the board together when folded). I think this is the best board out there, and the pieces I described are very solid, thick plastic - almost glass like. Hope this helped you.

Answer:	No, however I have found the iron rest to be very useful. It has silicone strips on it which allows you to place a hot iron in it while you are ironing. This allows you full, unobstructed use of the entire ironing board. I also use it as a hanger rack when I'm ironing.

Answer:	I just derived the weight by the soul-crushing method of weighing myself (sob), then weighing myself holding the ironing board. The difference is 12 pounds. Question:	what is the working voltage
Answer:	I'm not sure exactly; however, it is fairly hot to the touch. I know this because there are two instances when I brushed my foot up against the steamer as vacuum and when I had the steamer set up to clean my shower.... they were definitely "ouch" moments. But despite these two instances, I would call the steam mop one of my best 2020 purchases. I use it all of the time.

Answer:	At this time no replacement parts are in B&D's warehouse nor do they have and steam mops. I wrote to B&D because when I checked all the accessories I found that the squeegee for windows and the carpet glider were missing. they said there is nothing they can do to help me. This item has not been released in this country, only in Europe. I said I purchase it from Amazon, they are in this country and so am I. I was given the President's number at B&D have not had time to use it but I will in the next few days. I purchased this item for precisely what it says 7 in 1, so I wouldn't have many steam mops to clean different places.

Answer:	There is not a "trigger" to pull to produce steam in this particular Shark. The handle is pumped by the force of moving the steam mop back and forth while mopping the floors. If you are able to push and pull with the action of your arm, and still able to hold the handle with your hand as you would with a 'normal' mop, you should find this steam mop to be marvelous.
Question:	what’s the difference between this model and s1000a
Answer:	No, but if you go to Home Depot they sell an attachment for a pole (you will have to get the pole if you don’t have one) for cleaning grout. A spray bottle 50/50 of water and ammonia and this brush cleans floor grout. Use the steam mop to wipe the dirt brought up and after cleaning all the grout and wiping change pads and mop again. Doesn’t take much effort. You don’t need to do this every time you mop as unlike a regular mop it doesn’t leave dirty water behind.

Answer:	Thou I haven’t tried it myself I would say def would be able to use on a mattress. I used it to disinfect my sofas. Just make sure you are constantly moving and do not keep in one spot for too long to avoid any wet spots and getting your mattress or sofa too wet. Use the attachment and should do the trick.

Answer:	This one is yellow and black and not blue and white to indicate it is for more serious use! But, as far as I can tell there are two real differences: this comes with two of the heavy duty pads instead of one heavy duty and one regular, and it comes with more tools. In reality, many people will never use the extra tools, and you can buy more pads pretty easily (I bought a pack of 3 heavy duty ones, so I always have a clean one). So in the end, do you want one that matches your kitchen decor or one that fits better in your garage?

Answer:	You don't have to use distilled water. It does have instructions for cleaning out the mop with white vinegar, if the steam stops because of hard water deposits. I have used mine through several cycles with just tap water, and haven't seen any issues at all. I actually really love this mop, it works really well on my tile floors and leaves no residue.

Answer:	Be sure to validate with the seller as the listing here does not tell you. The G-11R is right handed and the G-11L is left handed. The one I ordered was indeed right handed. Also keep in mind that as this knife is yanagi ba style, it is meant to cut on the pull rather than than push so it will feel different in the hand than a general chef's knife.

Answer:	I don't have carpets, I think it is more for area rugs. But the vacuum works really well. I think with the pad, it wouldn't do well on thick carpet. Not sure if you can run it without the pad or not.

Answer:	I had the same trouble finding the serial and model number when working with Bissell customer service. Remove the dry dirt/debris receptacle and it's under there.
