Answer:	The is a filter that needs to be cleaned. I was using a friend's unit. It was very week sucksion. It's where the bottom of tank seals to the unit. Where the sucksion pulls the waist water into the tank.

Answer:	It really wouldn't. For anyone reading this, it just doesn't have the proper brush to agitate carpet in such a way as to release ground in dirty or staining. A scrubbing brush, not a rotating vacuum brush is needed for deep cleaning.

Bissell Little Green Multi-Purpose Compact Deep Cleaner

Strong spray and suction contains at least 50% recycled plastic. 3 inch stain tool helps you scrub stains away.

Dimensions: 13.8 lbs Check for suction at the back of the unit after removing the hose where it attaches to the back of the unit. If there IS suction at the back of the machine with the hose removed, follow these steps: Unplug the unit from the outlet. Check the Pre- and Post-Motor filters for debris. Dirty filters can restrict airflow. The Pre-Motor Foam Filter is square. You can find it in a pull-out tray under the Dirt Tank. The Foam Filter may be hand washed in cold water with mild detergent. Reinstall the filter when it’s completely dry. The Multi-Layer Post-Motor Filter is rectangular. It can be found on the side of the machine. Note: The white Multi-Layer Post Motor Filter isn’t washable. Make sure the dirt tank is empty. Check the upper tank for build-up or clogs. If it needs to be cleaned, use a short, Phillips-head screwdriver and take off the separator plate with a cloth (can be dampened with water or mild detergent). Replace dirt tank. Check for good suction at the end of the upholstery hose. If there’s good suction, make sure the hose is connected firmly to the lower hose on the back of the vacuum. If there’s no suction, check the hose for splits, cracks, or clogs. Make sure the Brush Roll is rotating. If it isn’t, take the access plate off and examine the brush and belt for damage. The access panel can be taken off by lifting the four tabs on the bottom of your machine. Clearing clogs detach the Upper Hose from the machine. Insert a broomstick into the hose to push any obstruction through. Remove the screw from the left side of the lower hose on the back of the unit. Straighten this section of hose by pulling it down or laying the unit on its side with the lower hose towards the top side. Look through the hose for any obstruction. Use a broomstick to unclog the hose. Power source - corded. Power rating: 3 amps.

Answer:	The brush head detaches from the hose. I clean it by running extremely hot water through it. You could even soak it in a warm water bath if needed. If there is a hair stuck inside the plastic portion, you can use an unbent page clip to dig it out.

Answer:	I have a spot-bot as well as a Bissell upright (about to buy this little green one) - and I use a zip tie - the kind you can use for bundling wires - very long and flexible - as long as the fuzz inside the suction head is still wet, a zip tie works really well for me!!

Answer:	Sorry to tell you this - I've had my first machine for yr and it worked fine until it would no longer spray- since it was old I thought some part must have worn out - and since it had given me many yrs of great service - I just went out and bought another one - I have had this new one for just about a yr and now the same problem is happening to this one - I've given up and use a spray bottle to apply solution and the machine to pick up the residue - I'll have to be in touch with the company - but this does seem like it could be a chronic problem.

Question:	How does this compare to the Rug Doctor
Answer:	My last Bissell lasted TWELVE years. I shampoo carpets 2-4 times a month (no choice-kids!). I borrowed a brand new Rug Doctor before I bought this Bissell. There is no comparison. This is better than Rug Doctor in EVERY way. Cleans so much better, works in BOTH directions (why RG doesn't do this is beyond me!). The tanks are H.U.G.E., so you're not constantly dumping and refilling. These carpets are cleaner than ever! With every other machine, I have had to use a homemade solution (with 1.5 cups of bleach per gallon), or my carpets wouldn't come clean. The Bissell Professional solution is all I need with this machine-I can't say enough how you will NOT find a better cleaner for this kind of money!

Answer:	helloMy research before I purchased the 86t3, trying to see what the difference was. This is what I found the 10N2 has a commercial warranty. When I look at the parts list for both machines. The 86t3comes with a hose kit which plugs into the top of the machine and allows you to do stairs and furniture, etc. The 10n2 does not come with the hose kit standard equipment. Other than that the parts list for both machines are identical. I bought the 86T3and it works very well. I can only assume that there would not be a difference in their performance.

Answer:	My dog is 12 yrs old and going through this stage, this thing ALWAYS gets the WORST of the stains and smells out. I also (just me, don't do this if your afraid of voiding a warranty or something) but I add a few drops of tea tree oil or peppermint oil to my water, shampoo mix and it always smells AMAZING for days after!! Plus both of those oils are natural flea and tick repellents (we live in the country) so that's how I clean mine. Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean by control, but it does at least a couple things that I find very handy: (1) it allows you to accept or reject a call from your phone (but of course you still need to use the actual phone to talk), and (2) you can control music, podcasts, and audiobooks that are playing on the phone. You can pause, rewind, fast-forward, and skip.

Answer:	It’s not bulky but may be too large for a child’s wrist...Fitbit is coming out with a Fitbit specifically for kids in May...looks like the Alta...try that!

Answer:	I have had mine since may. I've put it on and only taking it off for charging since then. I shower, I swim, I play in the pool with my 4 yr old, I take long baths, I snorkel, I dive in the deep, I do everything with this one on (and I love how it doesn't feel like you have smartwatch on) and I (knock on wood) have never had any what so ever any kind of problems with my Versa. Fitbit say it's waterproof up to 50 meters and I can definitely support that and even little more than that. One thing I do know is that I love my Versa and I couldn't have asked for a better product, I don't understand why people are having so much trouble with it mine is lovely and I wouldn't trade it for the world! ♡

Answer:	I have 2 dogs and one sheds bad. The Green works great. I do use the pet brushes and regular pet (non bissell brand) cleaner in the tank. Works like a charm. I love skipping the vacuum step. Side note: I use these weekly. There would be to much hair to use any less often.
Question:	Is this a regular vacuum too
Answer:	I don’t agree with many of these answers. I watched a review by someone had contacted Bissell and they had basically said you can’t use it on a regular carpet in the wet mode — it’s not a carpet shampooer. I use this in my regular carpet, dry and on carpet mode. For the low pike entry rug I can still use the carpet mode wet. It’s done a fine job on the wall to wall carpet in my bedroom. Also, when it comes to the mopping, make sure you read their suggestions. I feel that I’ve managed to avoid some of the complaints that I didn’t read till after purchase (and which made me nervous) — admittedly I don’t usually read any of the print materials with products I buy, but now I have a new respect for them.

Answer:	Thou I haven’t tried it myself I would say def would be able to use on a mattress. I used it to disinfect my sofas. Just make sure you are constantly moving and do not keep in one spot for too long to avoid any wet spots and getting your mattress or sofa too wet. Use the attachment and should do the trick.
Question:	What is the difference between this and the white one listed on Bissells website
Answer:	This one is yellow and black and not blue and white to indicate it is for more serious use! But, as far as I can tell there are two real differences: this comes with two of the heavy duty pads instead of one heavy duty and one regular, and it comes with more tools. In reality, many people will never use the extra tools, and you can buy more pads pretty easily (I bought a pack of 3 heavy duty ones, so I always have a clean one). So in the end, do you want one that matches your kitchen decor or one that fits better in your garage?
