Answer:	I didn't notice it slowing down but it certainly wasn't as fast as I expected. I believe I could have scrubbed that quickly on my own!!

Answer:	I doubt the motor in this is up to that kind of task even if they did make a brass-wire head for it. Plus - all plastic contruction = NOT GOOD for that kind of heavy duty application.

Answer:	I used my brush only on grout. It does not have steel bristles, but if used harshly, I would guess that it could tear up caulk.

Answer:	It’s the shape of the bristles according to the manufacturer. One is rounded and one is v shape. I never noticed and just purchased the grout and corner scrubber. Perhaps the ease of use on a more flat surface is the reason.

Question:	Has anyone tried this to spot clean carpet
Answer:	We have tested it on carpet spots of several sizes, types, and ages. For any stain that's same-day, it'll clean it out really well, way better than any spot cleaning solution will. For spots that are a few days old, it will do pretty well, but you may have a slight tinge left over and/or you may have to go over the spot a few times. For older stains, you'll probably be left with some staining even after a few go-overs, but it will look much better than it did before. It can even make a very noticeable difference on stains that are several years old.The caveats - it's a small cleaner, so cleaning anything larger than a fist-sized spot is going to take a pretty long time (15-30 mins+ for each go-over, depending on how deep the stain is), and it can end up cleaning a spot so well that it becomes cleaner than the surrounding area, which would required a larger floor steam cleaner to even everything out.But yes, if your carpet is at risk for small stains, and you're good with breaking this out same day, then absolutely this will take most spots out of carpets.

The brushes are all the same material (aside from the optional brass brush) but the color difference is for keeping them apart which gives you the option to use one color in one area. So you could for instance use only the red brush in your bathroom and the green brush in your kitchen.

Question:	Will this work cleaning grout lines on my brick floors
Answer:	Not sure about the term "brick floors". If you're referring to outside pavers the brush will clean them somewhat but it's designed for indoor use on traditional porcelain and ceramic tile with standard grout, either premixed or mixed with water. The cleaning efficiency of the machine and brush is somewhat dependant upon how the grout was mixed. Some tile layers mix it too wet while others mix it too dry. The rotating grout brush fits into grout lines as small as 1/8 inch up to about 1/2 inch. The bristles are somewhat flexible and have several strands of exposed nylon filament. I hope this information is helpful.

Answer:	I use it on my limestone floors and and marble shower. It works. You may need to scrub some after you let it sit for a while.

Answer:	I used it on my granite counters and marble. It's just water. After running the steam across it I wiped any residue water away. It worked beautifully.

Answer:	It only applies steam. Does not have a suction/vacuum function.

Answer:	For cat pee, use natured miracle urine remover. Its an enzyme cleaner. That will remove the smell first. I have a very picky cat.
