Question:	will it kill bed bugs
Answer:	Never had bed bugs but it certainly killed fleas in my house. I would say yes, the steam is hot enough to kill anything like a bed bug. You have to give the machine proper time to warm up and using distilled water is the key to making sure the unit doesn't have problems and holds up for a long time.
Question:	Does it clean carpets
Answer:	Have not used it to clean the full carpet but have used for spot and used it to removed large area of wax. I will be using it to clean a small bedroom carpet and seats in my car.
Question:	Does this unit have a low water warning light or shutoff
Answer:	When the water gets too low, it ceases to hold pressure high enough to create steam. The indication on the pressure light gets lower (below 2), but you will also notice that the sound has changed. It is obvious when more water is needed.
Question:	What is the difference between the 1375 and the 1275? Thanks
Answer:	1375 - 90 mins of steam and 20 accessories, 1275 - 45mins of steam and 18 accessories. Biggest difference is the 1275 has no variable control on the steam pressure output to the hand nozzle, where the 1375 has a variable control to adjust the steam pressure depending on cleaning job you are tackling.

Answer:	Yes...it comes with both the washable pads and some disposable ones to try. But I went ahead and bought an extra set of washable pads to always make sure I have a clean set.

Answer:	Steamfast Steam Cleaners are not designed to clean carpet. Though you can use the steam cleaner to spot clean with a small brush and freshen or sanitize with the mop head and mop pad, it does not clean carpet as it has no vacuum function to draw dirt or moisture out of the carpet. It will leave moisture behind and you should always vacuum the carpet before using the steam unit.

Answer:	The SF-375 has too much pressure and the steam is too wet for use on clothing. It would not be suitable.

Answer:	Honestly do not know, have not used it for that. However, it provides significant steam and tank lasts 30+minutes of continuous steam. Would think that depending on material that was used to put the wallpaper up you may have difficulty with removing in general. Question:	Do i need replacement pads
Answer:	It comes with 2 microfiber pads for steam mopping that are washable. If you feel you need more than that, I would order additional pads.

Answer:	The brushes it comes with are pretty good. When you clean them all off the bristles come back to sturdy form. I don't understand why anyone has an issue. If the brushes fail you contact pure enrichment on their site and they send free replacements . There's a 4 years warranty I believe. I'd have to double check i know if I registered it right away they gave me extra years on the warranty. Anyway I just show them a pic of whatever the problem is and they send free parts. I haven't needed to replace the brushes yet and I abuse this thing.

This steamer does an excellent job to get rid of the mold spores that darken the caulk around the tub and grout in the shower. I have used this steamer to clean even under the toilet bowl rim and it looks new and clean as a whistle! I love this steamer and bought one for my daughter for her birthday, she loves hers as well.

Dimensions: 13.8 lbs Check for suction at the back of the unit after removing the hose where it attaches to the back of the unit. If there IS suction at the back of the machine with the hose removed, follow these steps: Unplug the unit from the outlet. Check the Pre- and Post-Motor filters for debris. Dirty filters can restrict airflow. The Pre-Motor Foam Filter is square. You can find it in a pull-out tray under the Dirt Tank. The Foam Filter may be hand washed in cold water with mild detergent. Reinstall the filter when it’s completely dry. The Multi-Layer Post-Motor Filter is rectangular. It can be found on the side of the machine. Note: The white Multi-Layer Post Motor Filter isn’t washable. Make sure the dirt tank is empty. Check the upper tank for build-up or clogs. If it needs to be cleaned, use a short, Phillips-head screwdriver and take off the separator plate with a cloth (can be dampened with water or mild detergent). Replace dirt tank. Check for good suction at the end of the upholstery hose. If there’s good suction, make sure the hose is connected firmly to the lower hose on the back of the vacuum. The access panel can be taken off by lifting the four tabs on the bottom of your machine. Clearing clogs detach the Upper Hose from the machine. Insert a broomstick into the hose to push any obstruction through. Remove the screw from the left side of the lower hose on the back of the unit. Straighten this section of hose by pulling it down or laying the unit on its side with the lower hose towards the top side. Look through the hose for any obstruction. Answer:	The brush head detaches from the hose. I clean it by running extremely hot water through it. You could even soak it in a warm water bath if needed. If there is a hair stuck inside the plastic portion, you can use an unbent page clip to dig it out.

Answer:	We have tested it on carpet spots of several sizes, types, and ages. For any stain that's same-day, it'll clean it out really well, way better than any spot cleaning solution will. For spots that are a few days old, it will do pretty well, but you may have a slight tinge left over and/or you may have to go over the spot a few times. For older stains, you'll probably be left with some staining even after a few go-overs, but it will look much better than it did before. It can even make a very noticeable difference on stains that are several years old.The caveats - it's a small cleaner, so cleaning anything larger than a fist-sized spot is going to take a pretty long time (15-30 mins+ for each go-over, depending on how deep the stain is), and it can end up cleaning a spot so well that it becomes cleaner than the surrounding area, which would required a larger floor steam cleaner to even everything out.But yes, if your carpet is at risk for small stains, and you're good with breaking this out same day, then absolutely this will take most spots out of carpets.

The brushes are all the same material (aside from the optional brass brush) but the color difference is for keeping them apart which gives you the option to use one color in one area. So you could for instance use only the red brush in your bathroom and the green brush in your kitchen.

Answer:	It can use any standard microfiber or cotton cloth, like the ones on a Brava. You can use any washable, breathable fabric (an old face towel will do) and reuse to your heart's content. I came to hate my Brava but love this steamer so I use the ones that came with the Brava. At least it had nice cleaner pads going for it.

Answer:	This isn't the item you want for cleaning a rug; any water you add to a rug or carpet must come out via extraction, or you're simply steaming the stain/mess further into the carpet back and padding. Steamers work well on hard floors and tiles, other non-porous surfaces (for sanitizing the bathroom it's fantastic) but don't mistake this type of machine for a rug/carpet cleaner no matter what the seller says.
