Answer:	You should turn grill on and let it heat up, then use a cloth with soap and water. Just rub it across the rollers as they turn. This should take the burned on stains off. The instructions said to not use an abrasive on the rollers. Hope this helps.

Answer:	For 1 cup of uncooked rice, I use about 1 and 3/4 cups of water, microwave on high for around 17 minutes. For 2 cups of rice, I use 2 and 3/4 cups of water, microwave for about 21 minutes. I just got this rice cooker too; our old one (not this brand) met with an unfortunate accident. The recipe depends on how you like your rice. You can cook your rice a good hour ahead of when you are serving, it keeps well with the lid on. If it seems a little dry when it's done, just add a small amount of water and let it sit.

Answer:	We use the cooker at least 3-4 times each week. We make a full batch using 3 cups rice, 5 1/4 cups water. Rinse the rice a couple of times in cold water to remove extra starch. Cook 10 min on 100% power, let it rest 5 min, then 10 min on 50% power. You can let it rest again or just fluff and serve.

Answer:	No. I usually prince the rice before with my hands to remote all the starch at least 3 times untill water is clear depending how you were thought to make rice.
