Working Principle

In the pump two symmetrical working chamber each equipped with a diaphragm, the center link will be integrated into one. Compressed air from the pump inlet into the valve, through the valve body to introduce compressed air into one of the chamber to promote movement of the diaphragm chamber, while the other chamber gas emissions. Once the end of the stroke is reached, the gas distribution mechanism automatically introduces compressed air into the other working chamber to push the diaphragm in the opposite direction so that the two diaphragms move back and forth in unison.

Answer:	Yes. I’ve pulled up scalding hot engine oil with it before and it remains just fine. It’d be better for the pump if you don’t, but it will do it. I try not to as to extend the life of the unit.

Answer:	I’m sorry I cannot help you with this. I purchased this pump for a customer, who does not seemed concerned with availability of replacement parts.
Question:	Would this be suitable for pumping 80w90 gear oil? Would the flow rate be much reduced
Answer:	Any Oilfield supply house.
Question:	what is maximum length of inlet line
Answer:	Yes. I have used it with 100% of 12.5%. Works great with a 7hp compressor on 15 amps.

Answer:	Most industrial compressors operate in the 110 to 150 psi range with a large accumulator tank .... 38cfm relates to volume of air available at no lower than the cut in spec of the compressor switch therefore that specific range of cfm will be available .... the short answer is that you need an industrial compressor able to produce 38cfm or more

Working Principle:

In the pump two symmetrical working chamber each equipped with a diaphragm, the center link will be integrated into one.Compressed air from the pump inlet into the valve, through the valve body to introduce compressed air into one of the chamber to promote movement of the diaphragm chamber, while the other chamber gas emissions. Once the end of the stroke is reached, the gas distribution mechanism automatically introduces compressed air into the other working chamber to push the diaphragm in the opposite direction so that the two diaphragms move back and forth in unison.
