Answer:	There is a type of bracket that has four holes with screws that seem to soldered into the holes provided. There is a raised area in the center of the bracket between the upper screws and lower screws and the handles have been inserted there.

Answer:	The rubbish burner works extremely well. I made sure I elevated it away from the hard scale because it get extremely hot. Second i placed a large brick in the container to create a void at the bottom of the can. This allows all documents to burn. The brick also weighs down the can to prevent wind gusts from knocking it over.

Answer:	No, the lid connects to the container in the back. The lid is assembled by Rubbermaid. It would be removable if you disassembled it, but that would take a while.

Answer:	Agree, as long as the top is closed and wind doesn't blow it open (which has never happened to us), the container is weatherproof. It's very similar to the big trash cans provided by refuse services.

Answer:	It is removable. It has two screws on either side of the lid. I don't think it can just pop off and though. The lid does flip all the way back to hang upside down and flush with the back of the container.

Answer:	Well i can not say for sure if this trash can is rat proof or not. I will say that this can is great and very heavy duty, as our trash guys are everything bit gentle. I suppose if you put something heavy on top of the attached lid to hold it down it would be very hard for something like a rat to get in the can. I bought two of these cans they work grwat for all my needs. I hope this answer finds tou and helps with tour needs.

Answer:	Yes. BUT it is smaller at the bottom than it is at the top. If filled to the top with water, it will bulge and create a top heavy situation. It will most likely tip over if accidentally bumped. Wall thickness is certainly adequate to contain water if it is supported properly. Keep in mind 23 gallons of water weighs approximately 192 lbs. or 87 kilos.

Richards Co., Atlanta, GA. - Model GJ057258- The recycle triangle sign with LLDPE next to it. - Two clock like circles with a single clock arm in each. The first one has numbers 1-12 and the arrow points to 7. The second has the numbers 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, and 13. The arrow on this one points to 10. I think these two indicate the manufacture month (7) and year (2010).

Question:	Does this snap together when it is compact? I bought it expecting it would but we cannot get it to stay together
Answer:	Get some self wrap Velcro or off brand hook loop tape to make a strap or double strap for this. When not wrapped around it to hold together firmly you can find other uses for the straps and or wrap around the legs to help hold the bag in place. I love the self wrap hook and loops and really some of the off brands in colors here on Amazon work well for this. Only Velcro brand however sews well. The cheap knock offs have a glue holding the thin hook and the loop back to back to make the self wrap work but the rub is the glue is soft enough it gums up your sewing machine needle. I finally gave up and just use the non velcro for projects such as this where no sewing is needed. We were introduced to this stuff when our folding full size bikes arrived with some helping to stablize the bike parts in shipping and in the folded position. Been a fan ever since 2005. Have it in white, black, blue, red, yellow, green, and from 3/4 inch to 2 inch size. My favorite however is Velcro because I can sew with it too and it always sticks some of the cheaper ones well stick ok but you may need to cut them a bit longer to insure they have a few inches even three to four to stay together. There's always large wide shoe laces from the Dollar store to use as ties too though.

Answer:	It comes with a plastic insert ........ but I would not chance it!!!!!!!! Stay safe!

Answer:	Yes it would hold a small bag, i don't know about keeping it fresh but I do know it closes securely as I use it for keeping the bags i use to clean my cat box, nd there is no order coming from it when its closed, i do use bags to hold the cat poop and urine scooped from cat box so it really does keep the odor out so that tells me it closes tightly, and it has a removable insert with handle...I love mine, hope this helps
