Question:	Do you sell the dividers separately? My pre-schooler lost her red divider. Love the lunchboxes
Answer:	I use my unit religiously in my small vehicle (2018 Hyundai Elantra). Normally I would use the high setting and run up to an hour or two, then let the vehicle air out for a half hour, or more. At times I will set my unit to Low settings and let it work overnight. After an all night run, I will air the car out for at least two hours. Don’t try to use your vehicle without having time for it to air out properly, as you will experience possible breathing issues, due to the buildup of Ozone in the vehicle.
Question:	Is the container a bit heavy/bulky
Answer:	This would do it. Anything bigger would be too much. Remember too, that ozone attacks rubber and over exposure will cause your rubber door seals and windshield gaskets will turn to powder where it is exposed to O3. Also it attacks the lung lining so I recommend leaving the windows open a crack and air the car out after 2 or 3 sessions with the ozone generator.
Question:	Do you need the case that comes with the tray? I’ve noticed the tray with lid is $10, could you just put it in the lunch bag without the outer shell
Answer:	Try to reset the machine, and start over by selecting the appropriate timer setting. You should hear the motor running, if not the unit is defective in my estimation. Before completely giving up, check the circuit breaker and the plug reset button, to ensure you are getting power to the unit, before you conclude that the unit is defective. also, check the plug in the back of the machine to ensure it is properly installed and pushed all the way in. IF none of that gets the motor running, you may wish to check to see if your unit is able to be returned and replaced for one that is working properly. Oh, one added thing, try to plug the unit directly into a outlet, and remove the extension cord, to eliminate the possibility of the extension cord being defective, as well. I would also suggest not using a voltage suppression bar, to plug the unit in. Some of them have surge projections that will prevent enough energy being delivered on start up of the unit.

Question:	Are these BPA free
Answer:	In theory and with enough applications.. Metal rusts and I think some rubberized stuff doesn't play well... Now applied to electronics rust on metal tabs to chips on pcb or on solder alloy shouldn't pose a huge issue(assuming it doesn't rust through) but say u have that one solder joint cracked or not actually making electrical contact by more than pressure. Now u oxidize it and u may not have a connection. This may or may not kill the device as some parts are filters and or capicitors to locally buffer power for a chip, if it's a signal line for input or output... There might be more issues but off top of my head I think these are likely key to the maybe. I found a discussion of cleaning mold from pcbs and electronics test gear, formaldehyde tablets and plastic bag we're highly recommended and when I looked it up it is sporicidal and fungicidal but the tablets they suggest don't seem to be readily available online in the US. Chlorine dioxide might be worth checking out too. Just started researching but saw one claim a study with pcs ozoned repeatedly vs Chlorine dioxide repeatedly did better with the later. What ever u use know that lcd screens have plastic layers between panel and front of screen.. Moisture in them will leave spots u won't get out(least I never have made it better trying) and in reality to have a prayer trying u should have a clean room or bench with laminar hepa filtered airflow. Even trying to put front glass on ipads is a particle/dust nightmare in a normal room

Answer:	Yes, but as the product description says, only microwave for reheating...not for cooking. Also, make sure you remove the little lid that holds the utensils (and the utensils) prior to putting in the microwave. Before you put it in the microwave, there are little air plugs in each lid that you pull up for steam to escape. Very cool and convenient!

Answer:	As long as the lid is secured tightly and the bang keeps the separate levels from shifting, I don't think you'll have problems with leakage. I haven't had any leaks from my bento, but I admit I haven't put something as liquidy as soup in it.
