Answer:	I have been using this for diapers. 1. It's not perfect at containing odors, but it's acceptable for mild-smelling diapers (pee or breastmilk poop). It would not be acceptable for solids-eating baby poop. There is a faint odor near the can when it's opened even with mild-smelling diapers. 2. The plastic liner does get smelly, but it does not seem to absorb odor. A quick wipe down with a Lysol wipe has it smelling nice again when it happens (infrequently). I use this with plastic bags inside, though -- I don't use it with the plastic interior bin only.

Answer:	Not on my can. I started by gently peeling away the corners, but the adheasive was strong enough to tear the sticker, leaving behind a white paper covered glue mess. However, I was able to remove the second one with a hair dryer on the high setting, just warm it up for about a minute and keep the heat on while you peel slowly. With the hairdryer method, I was able to get it 100% off cleanly.
Question:	I have had this trash can for about 5 months. The lid did not open any longer so I replaced the batteries. It is still not opening properly with new batteries. I also read I should take the batteries out and turn it off for 24 hours, so I did that. Does anyone have this problem or have any suggestions? Thanks
Answer:	Email them if you bought it in the last 2 years! They will send a replacement lid with your receipt. I emailed their customer service & they emailed me back next day. This was on 12/18/2019.

Keep in mind 23 gallons of water weighs approximately 192 lbs. or 87 kilos.

Answer:	Good totems garbage can, though on a smaller side, does not hold much, we use it for recycles. The lid opens and closes if absolutely no obstructions. Even a small obstacle on a way will prevent lid to stay closed, could be problematic for many people. Overall good quality item.

Answer:	The thing is HUGE. That's for each side! it's almost 3 feet in diameter when put "together." I use one half under my desk and a co-worker uses the other; it works that way but it's way too big for any sort of practical office use.
