Second, by my estimate each bin can hold 15-20 gallons of materials and the nearest standard size for liners is 13 gallons. The bins are better used to collect clean, dry containers (or paper goods) for a couple of weeks. After that, it's a simple matter to transfer the contents of each bin to a liner. (When you'll be glad that you kept your containers clean and dry.)
