Question:	It says shelves are adjustable. Does that mean I can put them closer together for shoe storage
Answer:	NOT door mounted. Sits on the floor shelving.

Answer:	I don't know as we never got it put together. Warnining-this is a very flimsy shelfing unit-thin wire and cheap plastic snaps that break when we tried to assemble it. Look for a heavier unit for your pantry needs.
Question:	Can the shelves on this rack be mounted upside-down - so they are flat on top, and do not have a lip around the edges
Answer:	I didn’t get any with mine nor did I get instructions at all- I returned mine and bought a unit from ikea- little bit more money but 100x better.

Question:	How much weight can each shelf hold
Answer:	Since they are not dishwasher safe I typically use a soapy sponge to wipe each inside wall, rinse well and then place over an upside down glass to dry. If something is crusty in there, I will put soap and water in the bag, seal it and let it soak before washing with the sponge. I was dreading the hand washing, but it truly is pretty easy because the material is very easy to wipe clean.
Question:	Can you construct the side bars to only half height? Is their height made up of two pieces

Question:	Is this rust and weather resistant if used outdoors
Answer:	I purchased a 7" and a 10" for Sous Vide. I agree with the other comment that it is difficult to get all of the air out with these. With ziplock bags, the bag molds itself to the food as you submerge it under the water. The Sasher bags are too thick for that. So the only way I see them working is if you put something metal in the bag to weigh it down. Don't plan on trying to use it with Sous Vide again.
