If you're speaking of normal day to day soil or dirt then there are no concerns of transfer or contamination to clean items.If you're speaking of heavily soiled items, especially anything greasy or oily, I would imagine that it's possible that this could rub against clean clothes and mark them. These mesh bags are essential for keeping the bandages in good condition and wrinkle and crease free. The smaller the bag the better. Fold the bandages several times so they are flat then put them in the bag. In a larger bag, I put two or three wraps in together. Hopes this helps.

Answer:	It will hold a suit or a heavy full length coat. I'm sure you could even put several garments on it if you wanted to do that. It is a sturdy product.
Question:	Need to use w/kitchen garbage bag in dorm room...will it stand and hold its shape when empty? Buying the single, not the double
Answer:	I believe so. I’ve used them for heavy oilskin jackets and leather dusters, so wet life jackets should be okay.
Question:	I am so disappointed with this item. I washed the liner once and it tore at the seams. Can you send me a new liner
