Answer:	I don’t recall if any info stated weight limit. I use in my laundry room and other than hanging a wet towel or 2 on it I’ve not needed to put any heavy items on it. I’ve used it for a year and never had a problem.

Answer:	I don’t think so. The bar in between is chrome. I don’t know what the brackets on the wall are made of., but they haven’t rusted yet.

Answer:	not quire understanding your question..but the solo hanger is one triangle. The bottom bar is where you hang garments. I had problems with the template they include, so if you do get this, make sure the recommended holes on the template really match actual measurements. The two racks with rod has worked out really well for the space I have.I can hang across the front or on the side, so it is a real help in the laundry room.

Question:	is this true " Very flimsy. The frame is slightly bent whenever it folds down to the wall--which is the whole point of this style of drying rack
Answer:	It isn't flimsy. We can fit quite a few clothes on this. We still have a floor drying rack as a backup but you can easily fill all the rows. I'm just careful of how heavy the items are since it is in the wall. It does seem to have a little problem going into slots on the wall but I'm sure if you put some wd40 they would slide in easier. Overall it works and gives me more floor space, which was my goal.
Question:	Does this expand 22" out from the wall? What is the weight capacity
Answer:	Once mounted, the front edge of the rack is 22 1/4" from the wall. No idea about weight capacity.

Answer:	If you secure this to the wall with anchors, you can hold roughly about six or seven damp towels on the rack. I've used it for sweaters, towels, quilts, etched and haven't had any problems. I did, however, use T anchors and longer screws than what was provided.

Answer:	Installed, mine sticks out from the wall: 1 7/8" where the hooks are, and 1 3/8 at the rack when the shelf if folded up to the wall. When folded down, the rack sticks out 10 1/4" from the wall. This looks very nice and seems sturdy. There is not much room between the racks for hanging hangers, but the end rack would hold about 13 shirts easily (total) on 3 sides, so not a problem for me.

Answer:	I've had my about 6 months now. Mine gets so cold that I often have to defrost it, because ice builds up on the back wall. I set my temperature gauge to 20 degrees and it keeps drinks at 32 degrees. I load it up before I go to bed and the next day every drink is so cold that there's condensation on the outside of the drinks. So I can't really tell you why yours isn't getting very cold.

Answer:	The wall brackets are 8 3/4" long by 1 1/2' wide. The screw holes are 32" apart but the rack is 34" wide. We mounted ours on a 1x12" (1 X 11 1/2") board before screwing to the wall for more stability. This rack is very sturdy and holds a lot of laundry. I hope this is helpful.
Question:	Where are the stops that keep the top rack parallel to the ground
Answer:	I hang wet clothes on the hanger but not heavy coats . It holds up pretty well with my laundry but nothing is very heavy .
Question:	Is my rack broken, as it drops down, and does not stay parallel to the ground
Answer:	ours is stiff enough that although we keep it in the down position 99% of the time you can raise it up so it is flat against the wall and while there is no latch it just stays by itself

6 Pull-Out Rails

The 6 pull-out aluminum drying rails, each 19.7" long, offers a total of 236.20" drying length.

1. Determine the place where you want to install the product. Mark the installation holes with a pencil after placing the product.

Install it to a height where children under 6 will not be able to reach.

2. Drill the marked places with the appropriate drill bit.

Start with a small driller. you can increase it later on.

3. Insert the included wall plugs into the holes and place the plugs in using a hammer.

To install, use all the included plugs and screws.
