Because of this, I approximate the 18x24 inch tray will produce about 19oz of juice. This website http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/custom/900675/2 states that 1 ounce of wheatgrass juice has 31.2mg of Magnesium. So 31.2mg * 19 = to about 592.8mg of Magnesium.
