Answer:	No, on the lowest hook it is still angled up.You could leave it free hanging, I suppose, without hooking it into the brackets. I don't think the hinge would hold up to using it as a folding table in that configuration. Additionally, I do not think it would make a suitable surface for folding clothes, the bars are quite far apart. That being said, it is a great drying rack, I use mine frequently.

Answer:	Just measured mine. With everything folded including the base wheels, it measures 7 inches by 35. That's the base. It is about 51 inches from floor to top of end poles w the racks folded down.
Question:	Are the rods too thick to use with clothes pins
Answer:	I'm not sure if the bars are stainless steel, but I've had my drying rack for over 9 months, dry at least 2 loads of laundry on it each week, and there is not a speck of rust on any of the bars. I am still very happy with it's flexibility and capacity. That said, the manufacturer could change what the components are made of it at any time, so the rack I received back then may not be quite the same as what is currently being sold.

Answer:	You need to start with the green 'handles ' sticking out. Slide shelves into place desired, and as level as possible. Now push the green 'handles ' down until they are flat. These are what keeps the shelves in place. They are not really handles at all, and should only be used if you need to adjust the shelves. We love ours, it's very useful and sturdy. It did take us a little while to figure out the 'handle' thing. Good luck!

Answer:	Of course, holes will need to be drilled. You'll have to go to a hardware store and ask for special concrete bolts. You will also need a special drill bit for concrete, but the mounting method would be the same.
