Answer:	I just measured it and that is the outside measurements, in fact, mine measures 27" from outside across to opposite outside edge.Inside, my shelf measures 25 1/2" across and 12" depth in between shelves. I love it, easy to use. I actually use mine for yarn storage.

Answer:	We have three cars and several people drive me in mine. We keep all keys on the hooks. When someone comes to drive me somewhere they put their own keys in the tray or on a hook so there is no chance they will go home with my keys.

Question:	How do the screw covers secure to the rack? They seem to have to be glued on - won't stay no matter how i put them on
Answer:	There are two parts one goes on like a washer put screw through it tighten then the cap snaps over that washer looking part. So basically you have the actual rack then the screw, the cap, and last the part that the screw goes through and when fastened the last thing is to snap the screw cap over.
Question:	Will this hold many heavy coats
Answer:	The rack, itself, will hold them. The way it is mounted to a wall is the critical element to it's strength. There are three mounting points. They are not spaced to take advantage of the studs inside of a standard built wall ( studs that are 16", on center, spacing ), so some sort of wall anchors will need to be used at the screw locations. If you use proper wall anchors, designed for your specific type of wall, I see no problem holding the weight of a number of coats. It's all in the strength of the attachment to the wall.

Answer:	About 2 heavy jackets per hook depending on the wall structure you have ot on..

Answer:	No. And both of my hook racks are located in sauna showers, which tells you that fluctuating humidity does not affect these hooks. Also I must add they are high quality, well built, but the supplied anchors are terrible - not commensurate to the potential weight the rack is counted to handle with all these hooks. Make sure to use the right anchors.

Question:	How easy is it to remove the hooks from the wall
Answer:	The package is basically a piece of cardboard with a couple of zip ties holding them together, the item weighs probably a couple of pounds

Answer:	There is no structural reason why you can't hang a bike from the rear wheel. Our hinge is installed into the wall studs. However, we have found that from an ergonomic perspective it is easier for us to hang and remove the bikes by the front wheel, with the bike's heavier portion closer to the floor. You will also avoid wearing grease from the drive chain. And yes, the lower wheel bumper is included in the kit along with the necessary screws.
Question:	Is there any place to buy the mounting kit separately? This was the easiest thing to mount, by far. I need the nail kits that came with this lol
Answer:	Feedback Sports, the maker of Velo Hinge, says the product will hold standard road, MTB and kids bikes. I use mine with 700c standard and medium dish wheels, no issues. Answer:	For a standard road bike, mine stuck out 18". If you have multiple bikes next to each other, they don't stay as close, my 5th bike sticks out more like 30"
