It's free standing, so you can use it with any machine and I have been very pleased with it. I've had it over a year, and have really no complaints at all. It's very stable. I like that it holds 10 spools...I originally bought the holder that attached to my Husqvarna Viking machine...but I prefer this one by a long shot. The telescoping pole stays at the height that it's placed at....and once again I would like to stress that it is very stable and not wobbly or top heavy... it was an A+ buy for me. | Answer: | i Don't know if your pans are cast iron or aluminum but I can tell you what mine easily supports at 24 inches.I have two 100oz bottles of liquid laundry detergent, a l.23 gallon of fabric softener, a 3 qt bottle of softener, a gallon of vinegar, and a 5.5lb tub of Oxi Clean. This is on the top shelf and it is very sturdy.I think it would hold pots and pans very well. They can't weigh much more than my collection of products. Best of luck. |
