Question:	What size is the size of the hooks for hanging on the back if a door? I need to know what size door will the hooks hang over
Answer:	The supplied poles are long enough to set into concrete, as I set mine down about one foot. The bottom pole has a 16mm female fitting, so I purchased a 16mm bolt, set a 3/4" washer on it dangling loosely, and once set into the wet concrete that bolt and washer "grip set" into the concrete better than the friction from the pole sides, so nobody can lift this out of the concrete. Once the grill is bolted onto the submerged poles, then it is quite high enough for folks anywhere close to my 6' height.
Question:	How wide is the smaller 12 pocket? My door is 18” wide
Answer:	Not sure. It is pointed and could be stuck in the ground but is heavy and don't see how it would stand on its own. We put ours in concrete.
Question:	Are these fire retardant
Answer:	It does not. That was the reason I ordered this grill. I really didn’t want a stationary grill but I guess I can make it work now that it has arrived.
Question:	Can the 22-1/3 " organizer be cut vertically to fit ( 2-) 11" doors

Answer:	Yes, you can. Please do use the anti-toppling device to fix them.
Question:	Can I mount it to a wall without sitting on the floor so it is elevated like a floating shelf? Or does it need base support
Answer:	I would say that you would have to support the bottom. The sides are connected with small pieces that slide together. You would also have to support the back so that it would be attached to the wall.
Question:	How do I make it less wobbly
Answer:	My shoe rack isn’t wobbly I have it lined with shoes-5 pair per shelf. It stands with a wall behind it and on one end. Check your fasteners to be sure they are tight. Hope this helps.
Question:	Will this rack rust in the tropics
Answer:	I'm not sure as I have never lived in the tropics but I own two of these and they are made extremely well! And very sturdy!
