Question:	My door is a little more than 1 - 3/8" inches thick. Will this hang over my door
Answer:	3.5 inches is the width of the surface to place the pictures. I just measured the outer demention and it's about 4.5 inches. So, you'll have enough room to layer pictures slightly over each other as long as the frames aren't too thick or tall. (I have several frames on mine with the tallest being 22x22 inchs and almost 1inch thick and I put another frame slightly overlapping it and they fit nicely). I wish I could attach a pic. Answer:	Hi. The mounting is a keyhole-style cutout. Screws go into the wall; the case then hangs on the screws. The keyholes are just inside the outer edge of the case, so approx. 39 inches apart. HOWEVER, the best way to accurately space screws is to tape between the keyholes on the case, and then place that same piece of tape level on the wall. That way, there's no chance of a variance messing up how the item hangs! A tape measure works, too, but I seem to do better with the tape visual.

Answer:	I purchased this rack about a year ago. I don't feel it's really worth the money because the joints are made of plastic and one of the ones holding up the bottom rack already broke.

Question:	There are two sets of "arms" to hang things. In the picture there doesn't seem to be much space between the levels. Are they adjustable up and down
Answer:	It appears to sit close to the ground. I am 66" tall and can outstretched my arms to hang clothes on it and they do not touch the ground. My king size bedsheets are folded in half and hung on two clotheslines and there is no need for clothes props. I am very pleased with it. It spins freely in the holder that I purchased extra to place in the ground eliminating my need to cement it in. I have used it 3-4 x a week since I purchased it!
