Answer:	I doubt it. This is a soft plastic not metal or hard plastic so should be easy for mice to chew.

Answer:	It will hold several.....but probably not 15. I have put 4--5 in it.....but prefer only 2-3 because of the hangers. I LOVE the bags because the quality is superb (not flimsy) and one window shows the garments and the other window is for writing on a card with the contents of the bag.
