Answer:	Great questions! Yes, you can keep our Alkaline Anytime filter pouch in your 32 oz water bottle. It really depends on personal preference. It is safe to leave the pouch in the water bottle but if you are not consistently drinking water (daily) we would recommend putting the pouch in the zip seal bag that it comes with. For example, we have a customer who leaves 1 pouch in her water bottle, 1 pouch in a pitcher and 1 pouch in a large water jug and she replaces the pouches every 30 days. She does not remove the pouches and that is perfectly acceptable. If you leave your filter pouch in damp areas but not submerged in water, we would recommend rinsing the filter pouch between uses if left alone for long periods of time.

Answer:	The top on mine is very sturdy. I think it would be hard to not push the pins all the way in. It might be that some units were defective. Another explanation is that people might be putting the white collar in, then the top part, then the pin. The correct way is that the white collar needs to go through both the top part and the bottom part and then the pin goes through and locks securely.

Question:	Does the bottom have to rest on the desk? My monitor sits high up on my desktop
Answer:	If yo don't fill past the max line on the bag and squeeze out air before sealing they don't leak nor let air in. They aren't really sold as completely leak proof however. I love mine and food stays fresh.

Question:	the dimensions say 3.2" but what is the inside dimension? I have something 3" x 3" I want to use it for
Answer:	I haven't baked in mine, and don't think I would - I use them to freeze & then reheat in the microwave. I don't find them to be flimsy but not sure how they would be with batter in them.
Question:	Do the insides of the containers have ridges on the bottom or are they smooth
Answer:	You do need to be more careful with liquids when handling-moving full containers. For example, when removing the lid avoid pushing downward because sides may collapse. This doesn't necessarily mean contents will leak out with lid closed, but makes opening it safely with hot liquids a concern
Question:	could i use this to organize my fridge
Answer:	In my experience for the past 6 months, these have worked great- very sturdy and lids stay on securely. The pop top allows for a good seal when you press down the lid after you’ve filled and push in the top nob which creates an additional airtight seal.
Question:	Do they slip and clip together
Answer:	About 8.5 x 7 x 2.5 inches
